      I wish I wouldve seen these reviews before making a purchase on May 27, 2022. My hoodie didnt arrive in 2-4 weeks. I received it on July 15, 2022. The quality of the product is not what they advertised which is 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester. My hoodie is 84% Polyester and 16% Cotton. It hangs on me and the cuffs and waistband dont have the spandex that they promote. I asked for a refund the day after receiving it and I included pictures. They referred me to their no refund policy. They sold me a product that is not up to their own standards. In the current state of our economy, this is not the time to waste money or play with peoples trust. Gas is high.

      I placed an order for Black Friday 2021 and I still havent received my order! I have emailed them multiple times since last November asking for an update or refund and I havent received anything yet! I will never purchase anything else from this company again!

      This is the worst company service I have ever received in my life. I ordered a size XL and received a 3XL I emailed about it the day after receiving it. Someone responded almost immediately asking to send pictures for proof to which I immediately did. I am approaching week 3 with no response back. ************ imo.

      Horrible. I ordered a hoodie on April 2, 2022 and it is almost July and still no hoodie. It's hot and the kid has grown a whole size , so it's no longer wanted. **************** is rude and repeats the same mass statement , no resolution. Ones told the item would be in their next shipment twice, still no call or item. I want my money. They have the nerve to have a no refund/cancellation policy. I like the hoodie, I want to support Black business but my money , time and experience should be important to them too. With logistical issues and a poor rating you would expect customer service to be too priority
