      A patient for 40+ years. Very satisfied with service especially ***** in the contact department. She went above and beyond in helping me with reordering a contact that was broken. I highly recommend Thomas Eye Group and it's top notch personnel.

      Unbelievably bad experience! I waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS from the time I had my eyes dilated until I saw a ********* I called back to question why the wait time was so ridiculous, the office manager said that is the typical wait time because the *** is a specialist. What??? I've been to many specialists and NONE of them run their practices like this. ********.

      My initial eye appointment was fine, but I was really surprised that Dr. ***** wanted me to come back for another 'baseline' test that had never been suggested by a previous eye doctor. The staff convinced me it wasn't an expensive test and that they'd check the cost when I came in for the test. After the test, they slapped me with a $214 bill for the test and an exam fee. They are stating now that they had to do the test for legal reasons??? I feel really angry and ripped off.

      0/10 DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! I have been waiting for over a month for glasses. The employees at the ************** location do not seem to care. One lady literally chuckled because I asked to ensure someone would called me back. After an hour and a half, I called back only for them to say "we were about to call you," how convenient. I will NEVER return.

      When I visited Thomas eye group my eyes were in bad shape there are so many people needing eye surgery and we must staypositive andwaittoday I can see clearly Thanks to Thomas eye group A five star eye clinic. *********************

      Unnecessary long wait times at each appointment...******************** is rude and acts like he's doing you a favor by treating you. Three months after cataract surgery and still having slight pain and blurred vision...dismissed me at last recheck and said he'd see me in 6 months. Asked what about the blurred vision and light sensitivity, he said, not once but TWICE...I can't put your cataracts back! I was too stumped to respond...thinking back, all his comments and remarks were like that. So sorry I chose this practice and this doctor!

      This practice is trash!!! My mother is a new patient with Cancer and each appointment they dont call to tell you about an appointment being canceled or rescheduled, they text. Not acceptable!!!! I confirmed an appointment then late afternoon prior to the appointment, they canceled for an early morning after I confirmed for an afternoon, FUNNY!! We are not locals, but yet come from out of town. Again, funny. Its always the doctors are not in, off or had an emergency. So who is running this place??? I am starting to think maybe its my mom, her insurance, I dont know. Sad that they treat patients this way. Looking at the other reviews, i see why. If we can help it, try not to be back!!!

      On Friday, September 23, 2023. I had an appointment for 2:10pm. I was not seen until 430 that afternoon. I hate that location. When I have to go there Im stuck more than three hours waiting to see a doctor. Nowhere Anthonys *************. A patient should be waiting 3 1/2 hours to see eye doctor. There was a man there with his mother, he yelled out, hes been there with her since 1:30. It was 4:30 she was not seen. He shot it out. F*** all of you and he left very very angry. I was not seen until 4:35 PM. I left out at 4:55 PM. That location needs to be shut down. It has been four years since Ive been going on and off. the last few years I had to travel to the Dunwoody location. (50 minutes from my house). I decided to go there since it was 15 minutes from where I lived. I would never go back, poor establishment.

      Terrible company. I paid over $300 the amount that was given to me during my appointment because on the day of they said they do not take my insurance. They later sent me a bill for $218. I have called several times to receive explanation of the charges and they do not call back. I received a letter that I have been referred to a collections agency

      WAITED THREE MONTHS FOR MY DAUGHTERS APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT A FEW DAYS PRIOR THEY TELL ME WE NO LONGER ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE AND THE DR IS OUT OF THE OFFICE SO YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED AND I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH FOR AN APPOINTMENT! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE CANCELLATION, NO REGARDS FOR THE PATIENT.
