      Terrible. My contact presciption had lapsed. Got eye exam. Said they wanted me to try a couple new contacts. Went in after 3 weeks of not hearing anything......told on backorder.My contacts have been in my eyes for a month and a half and no communication.So done with Thomas Eye Group. Don't walk.......RUN

      Dr ******** and his crew are wonderful! I have been coming here for over 30 years and have never thought of going anywhere else! I am 97 and still can see beautifully, thanks to great eye care from Thomas Eye Group!

      I have been going to Thomas Eye group for a number of years (my original doctor was Dr. ******************** until he retired). Over the past few years I feel that the practice has become very impersonal and I feel like I am being 'herded' through the process. My most recent visit confirmed this.I went on-line to make an apointment. To my surprise, the doctor i had been seeing for the last few years was not listed as an option for the appointment. In fact, for this MULTI optometrist practice, i was given the choice of ONE doctor, even though my dates were very flexible. This is unacceptable (and where was my usual doctor??)! After inputing all my insurance information and personal information on line, I arrived for the appointment and AGAIN, i had to input my insurance information in the kiosk before i could be checked-in.The appointment was fairly straightforward as usual although i did feel the doctor was ******* the appointment. After the appointment i was sent to the contact lens area for a fitting. I was informed that they needed to order the lens i needed and i would be contacted for an appointment. OK...so the next time i heard from them was a message informing of when the appointment would be ( i was not asked, i was told when the appointment was) I had a conflict with the date and IMMEDIATELY called the office to reply that i had a conflict. I was sent to an answering machine and left my message. I did not receive a call back and then the day before THEIR date i was reminded of my (conflicting) appointment!! I again immediately replied to the text message that i had a conflict. Once again 'crickets'. After THEIR appointment date that i did not go to, i received a message that I had missed my appointment! I ressponded again, with some agitation. Finally I got a call and we mutally agreed on an appointment, which i attended.All this experience makes me feel like it's all about their convenience, not the patient's.THEN, I receive email that my old Dr. moved location
