    Ordered a firepit online. The options were as follows on their website:110v Electric start, $0 Charge 12v Electric start, $2000+ Charge.I opted for the Electric start...Within the hour they called back telling me it would be another $2000 because their website was not programmed correctly - after receiving payment.

    We recently added a new product to the website and it seems as if the person responsible for adding this product to the site may have made an unknown and unintentional pricing error (i.e. human error).  We discovered the error at the time of the order, which was the first time the product was ever sold, and that is when we immediately called the customer to discuss and offer a reasonable solution. However,as soon as the call began, the customer went berserk and started shouting threats and berating our co-worker. The customers tone and tenor continued to be elevated and we never had a chance to have a professional conversation. If we would have had the opportunity to speak in a civilized and adult manner,we would have shown the customer our published policy page, where it clearly states the following:  There may be unintentional errors in the prices,descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors or inaccuracies.   In the end, we never received money from the customer and the transaction was halted before becoming an actual order.
