Basically a shakedown racket. I attended an event at a venue adjacent to a deck administered by EPS. I followed the steps to register my vehicle posted in the venue. My car was booted nonetheless. The technician told me the time it was booted, and I had electronic records showing that this was within the window that my car was registered. I still had to pay $75. When I filed a dispute, they denied it saying that they had reviewed my records and that my car was found to be in violation. When I requested further explanation, I was ignored.

Received 2 boots on my vehicle after paying for parking. After placing a dispute in, I had to wait a long amount of time to even have a technician show up

I understand the importance of regulated parking however this company is the absolute worst! They hire the nastiest, rudest, and greediest employees to go out and cause misery all around the city of *******. Theres have been numerous occasions when I was wrongfully booted and treated horribly until I paid $75 to get the boot removed. There has to be a better way to regulate parking. EPS HAS GOT TO GO!

I have been visiting a family member for two weeks and have had the guest pass in my vehicle the whole time. Because it fell onto the seat for less than two hours, they immobilized my vehicle. Mind you, I have been parking in the same guest spot for the last two weeks without issue. There seems to be a spy in this gated community who alerts EPSEmpire Parking Servicesthat they cannot see the pass from their home. If they had actually looked, they would have clearly seen it inside the car. Instead, they jumped at the chance to boot my vehicle and charge an outrageous ****** make matters worse, the person I spoke with was rude and completely inconsiderate. No tact, no empathyjust a condescending attitude as if I was at fault for their overzealous enforcement. This company operates like a predatory money trap, preying on technicalities rather than using common sense. Avoid at all costs!

The worst company l've ever encountered! You have to carry a physical card or cash with you as if it's the 20th century, or you'll end up stranded, and they couldn't care less. Their customer service is terrible and completely lacking in empathy!******* ****** should not be in a management position; he is rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me while I was trying to explain my situation and only seemed interested in money, disregarding everything else. One of his technician said he's usually very difficult to work with, so l'm confused as to why he is even in management?! EPS are definitely scammers! If you see their parking signs, just park elsewhere. I've heard that even if you register and pay, they might still boot your car to extract more money from you. They also messed up my rims! Their dispute system is definitely set up for them to win no matter what you say or do! Just a messed up company! This company presents itself as reputable but is, in reality, a scam. It was absolutely the worst experience of my life!

***************************************************** location on October 1, 2024. I paid for my parking as usual on every Tuesday morining between 6:30 am and 7:00 am. I pay $8.14 for 8 hours. On this Tuesday, I enter my information as I normally do and went to work. During 12 noon, I came out to my car to find it booted. I look at my pass and notice that I paid $8.14 but the app only gave me 1 hour of parking. I have been paying for parking for over a month now at this same location and entering 8 hours for $8.14. I have provided EPS with the proof of parking passes for a month. I told them I think that there was a glitch with the app because I did nothing different. However, they did not considered that something could have went wrong with the app and refuse to refund me the $75.00 I had to pay to get the boot off my car for parking I had paid for as I usually do.

This company preys upon visitors from out of town/state. My car was booted for no reason. The parking lot attendant claimed I parked my car and left the area. However, when I requested to view the footage they claimed showed me leaving the area, there was no footage to substantiate their claim. She refused ( parking lot attendant) to remove boot unless I paid $75. I was Informed that this is a racket that the city of ****** is concerned about. I even asked for the Managers name, and was given no information. This company is deceptive, corrupt and fraudulent. They extort money from innocent people who have no recourse especially individuals from out of town. They are a part of a large racket racketeering.

I needed to go to four stores, the first two across the street from EPS Parking and the last two at EPS Parking. Due to construction across the street, I was able to find parking space that wasn't two far away for the first two stores, but with 30 minute only parking allowed. Being a senior citizen, I did not want to have to walk too far due to the heat, to gain entrance into them. So, I decided to park in the parking lot where TJ Maxx and Whole Foods were located (EPS Parking lot), cross the street to the other stores, spend a few minutes in each store to take a photo of something I saw on the net, and come back to TJ Maxx and Whole Foods. When I returned to my car from Whole Foods, to my surprise it was booted. I thought it was a mistake. When, I called to inquire about it, it was not in the system yet. (I spent approximately one hour combined in all four stores, most time at Whole Foods). I had to call the number for a representative to give all my credit card information. As much as I go to TJ Maxx, Whole Foods and *********** I never noticed the *** Parking warning signs. I had to look for them after I was booted. Please, for your patrons (especially during days of extreme weather) be reasonable. Make the warning signs more visible like they do across the street; or, allow 30 minute complimentary parking as they do across the street; or, ask the patron for proof of purchase from a store there that the parking lot accommodates, (especially Whole Foods because there could be perishable food involved, as was my case). There are those like me who follow parking lot rules. I had no problem at all seeing the parking lot warning signs across the street and adhered to them. I shop at Whole Foods, T J Maxx and ********** frequently and never noticed the signs until I was booted. I am a patron of those stores but feel like a victim of a gotcha from *** Parking. I paid a $75 penalty from my monthly bill money for a crime I did not know I was committing.
