  This company needs to be investigated immediately. I was booted in the parking lot of my own residence simply because the boot technician claimed he couldnt see my decal due to the tint on my windshield. I was charged $75 on the spot despite clearly living there and having a valid decal. This feels like nothing more than a ******* make matters worse, no one from the company has responded to my multiple attempts to contact them about the incident. The technician even asked how I would pay Cash App? which felt suspicious and completely unprofessional.Atlanta needs to seriously look into these booting companies. Residents are being unfairly targeted and charged. I will continue to raise awareness about this issue until action is taken.

  This is another scam. They provide a number to call for disputes, but there is not actually anyone there. They supposedly have a ************** location at ******************, but no one is actually inside that location. They will not arrive to your location to de-boot your car unless you pay them $75, then, and only then, will they dispatch a technician to your location. They bank on you giving up on getting your money back by offering no customer service. They will ask you to text a picture of your credit card to complete their verification that you are who you say you are. This behavior is enough to call your credit card company to tell them you've been scammed and they can remove the charge. That's the only way out of this until the Georgia legislature steps up and bans these predatory practices.

  This company is absolutely unethical. First of all, I have been a resident at my apartment complex for over two years. ********, they decide to hire this company (if thats what you call it- they have ZERO customer service, and no number to contact them), and asked us to pay an additional $25 to apply for a parking pass, just to park in our own garage. I completed the application, provided all the documentation they requested and submitted it for approval. The first response I received was we couldnt access your documents due to the format you uploaded them in. Interesting because they had no problem charging me $25 that worked! Then, after emailing them the documents they requested, they said one of them was not acceptable (they need the first page of my leasing agreement, which they say is in my portal- its NOT) and they refused to wait for the leasing office to update my portal with the current lease. In the meantime, I provided them my monthly bill with my name and apartment number, and sent them copies of my current portal. Their response was to send a final warning email at 11:06pm on a Sunday evening and then a DENIAL email 9 MINUTES LATER at 11:15pm on a Sunday evening. So, they have stolen $25 of my application money, misplaced my original documents I uploaded, then proceeded to tell me my car is subject to being booted or towed if I park in the parking garage I pay over $2000 in rent each month to use. GARBAGE!!! ZERO stars is what they deserve. Utter trash!

  They will boot people cars within five minutes without giving them any type of notification or ***** ******* Theres no signs posted about notifications or ***** period Or anything. This company is not operating at a high-level business standard. They need to be banned because Im going to sue them.
