      Service is not what I asked for or payed for. I called locksmith and asked if this company can come to my location and cut a new car key since I do not have a key fob and my key does not need to be programmed. I asked multiple times and they said yes. This is a service I've gotten in the past with a different company so I know it is possible. I asked when they would be able to come out. They said 90 minutes. They had me take payment and sign a document. They called back saying they cannot come out until the next day because their warehouse is closed and they do not have a physical key. I reiterated that was not the service I request. I requested them to come to my location and use their tools to cut a new key on location. They charged me for a service they cannot provide and will not give me a refund.

      Good morning.  While we are sorry to hear about the cardholders experience, the complaint is being directed to the wrong company.  RoadSync is a payment processing company that provides our customers with an app ion which they can accept credit cards.  I am not sure which one of our customers the cardholder was working with, but I suggest they reach out to them directly or redirect their BBB complaint to the tow/repair/locksmith company that they were dealing with.

       

      Again, RoadSync is not responsible for for any part of this complaint.

      On June 24th Roadsync sent me an invoice to pay to a customer of theirs I did business with. I used my credit card for payment for 1 invoice only, and did not want Roadsync to store my payment info. They allowed said business to create a 2nd invoice that I do not owe to their customer and they let him use my info for this invoice as well. So either they stored my info to which I did not want, or they gave my credit card info to their customer which they should not be allowed to do. I want full restitution on the second bogus invoice they paid to their customer and going forward they should not be allowed to store customers credit card information

      Good morning.  This complaint should have been filed with ****'s ***************** Diagnostics & Repair.  RoadSync simply provides the application to create work orders, invoices and process the credit card transactions.

      We (RoadSync) spoke with *********;********* (Owner of ****'s ***************** Diagnostics & Repair).  He indicated that both transactions are legitimate transactions for services rendered.  Attached are two signed work order authorizations and two signed invoices.  The invoice for $137.92 was the initial cost for the road service call.  The additional $413.75 was for the service & labor.

      We )RoadSync) consider this matter closed on our end and I suggest the cardholder work directly with ****'s ***************** Diagnostics & Repair on a resolution.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Matts auto sent me a text stating he was only charging me the 1st invoice, not the 2nd. My complaint with Roadsync is they had no authority from me to keep or store my credit card information after the first charge. I do believe that is illegal to do without my consent prior. The police are now involved and have told me the same, they must have my permission to store my information

      We (RoadSync) appreciate your frustration with this merchant.  RoadSync does allows our customers (the merchant) to control the ability too save a credit card on file.  ****'s Heavy Duty is responsible for all aspects of these transactions.  If you feel that one of the charges is invalid, you can always dispute the charge with the bank.

      Date of transactions : 11/30/2023 I reached out to this company for someone to assist changing a flat tire. I was quoted $120, which turned out to be $143 and some change when I finally received the invoice. Not a big deal. My service technician was due to arrive about an hour after the work order was processed. At 3pm (the time the service technician is supposed to be arriving), I received another call from this business stating that they needed an additional $30 for travel. It is now 3:40pm and I have yet to see a technician arrive. Upon executing the original work order, I was advised if I am 15 minutes late, the business can charge me 50-100% of the total cost for the tire change. I think its fraudulent and wrong for this business to call me at the time my service should be starting for additional funds. I also find it wrong they hold their customers to such a strong late policy, but they cant hold up their end as a reputable and honestly business.

      Good morning.  This complaint appears to be directed towards one of RoadSync's customers, Roadway Rescuers.  RoadSync is simply the platform/app that processes the credit card transactions.  This complaint is coming from our customers customer.

      We have reached out to Roadway Rescuers to advise them of this complaint and suggested they in turn reach out to this customer to work on a solution.

      Our Company M2 start using roadsync as a merchant provider. August 11 they have blocked my access to the portal we were using. Since 08/11/2022 I have no communication with them no one is picking up my phone calls nor returning my emails. They never deposit my last batch around ***** thousand dollars.

      RoadSync takes the security of our business and accounts very seriously.  There were some initial internal red flags that triggered our security protocols which did in fact block access to his account while **************** did their due diligence in researching the payments in question.  As of today, 10/13/22 we have released all funds back to the customer, which can take up to 5-7 business days.
