      Arrow Exterminators on multiple occasions has attempted to deceive me into renewing their annual service. I had service with them in 2021 and allowed their agreement to lapse without renewing. They have contacted me over the phone on 2 occasions saying I have a pending balance later clarifying (only after being pressed that I didn't renew) to say that the pending balance is to renew service. I have told them on both occasions that I did not want to renew and the call was terminated. Most recently, I was sent via mail an invoice of a balance due, but after reaching out over the phone to inquire why I was being billed for service that I didn't have they recanted and said this was a balance if I wanted to renew. I told them I did not want to ************ clarified that this was a statement, not an invoice, showing again that their mail was deceptively attempting to get me to renew services that I did not agree to.

      I spoke to ****************** regarding the issue. I have assured him that would get the termite warranty cancelled this morning per his request and that he should not receive any further calls from us to try and renew the warranty. I will look into the issue further on our end to try and keep this from happening again. I ask that if he has any more issues at all to please call me directly and I would be more than happy to assist him. He thanked me for my call.

      After further evaluation *********** men determined NO service needed. I was harassed over and over to pay!I havent spoken to a manager/supervisor although *** asked multiple times.I was told a supervisor would call me in 20 minutes, 1 hour, she left for the day, she gave the code to unlock her computer, ****/service text can't help me...etc. I did ask for a receipt via email. Instead I received a email stating a refund will be processed in 3-5 days. NOT a refund in 3-5 days nor has anyone in management responded per my request. Monday 12th afternoon I called again to follow up with a manager. Per Sage they do have managers in the office but she doesnt understand why I am calling when I received a email regarding a refund in **** days.       *************************** 04/06/22 sent an inquiry about expiring termite bond and I responded we no longer live at that address and received a thank you response. *********************** 06/30/22 emailed me to call the office to discuss expiring termite protection and I responded to close my account and stop contacting me"************************* 08/18/22 called and emailed me an invoice for May 2022. I responded we no longer live at that address and to close my account and stop contacting me or I will file a complaint ************************* 08/19/22 called and emailed me same invoice for May 2022 ignoring my previous response. I have been called many times in between these email correspondence in which, when picked up, have voiced the same concern. I consider this harassment at this point and deceptive business practices as I am being A) invoiced for a property that has not been under my ownership in over a year B) Invoiced for a service that has not been provided to me.

      I recently purchased my property and provided Arrow Exterminators with my name and address as the termine warranty that the previous homeowner had would transfer to me for the remainder of the warranty term.Since May 2022, I have received a monthly statement for a Wildlife guarantee/coverage for 195. The statements are showing as past due.I did not engage with Arrow Exterminators for this service.I have called their office at least three times to resolve this. Each time, I am promised that I do not owe anything.Yet, I am still receiving this statement as if I am past due on a payment.I do not want to receive any statements for a service that I never engaged with the company.Further, this could be predatory billing as others might just pay the amount without questioning it.

      The Optional Renewal for ******** Services was cancelled on 8/23/22. Our renewal billing does go out third party, so after the conversation with the Customer, a bill did go out which prompted the complaint. The Customers account is closed and they should not receive any further billing for the optional wildlife renewal. We do consider this matter closed.
