    I replied to a trial of their product. Their conditions for the trial was not clear to me that I was buying a membership. I was waiting on a link to the product I was doing a trial on. I later discovered their link went to my spam folder, but given their lack of response, I've not yet logged onto their sight to access any product. I've tried to reach out to ****** via their website and they have never responded. I also requested a refund and asked that they cancel any further billing. After reading other complaints I'm feeling scammed too. Their lack of response causes me to question their validity as a company I want to associate with.

    Hi! The customer did not contact our support team using the email address: ******************** We have also searched our support inbox and no communications were found under ***********************. Though the customer was sent a reminder email, there was no cancellation done through the website or by reaching out to the support email. We have already cancelled the customer's account and in an act of goodwill, we have refunded the $49 charge.

    Its all a sham to trick you into a membership that costs ***** a MONTH. I mean come on now. If there was a box to click that said you will be charged ***** a month how many people would click that? No those details are in the fine print. You think youre getting a bonus product for a ***** or a dollar. Then all of a sudden ***** is deducted from your account. He tries to come back saying that you opted into it. However its all a dishonest ploy to cheat people out of their hard earned money. Bottom line. Dont give this guy any money. Hes already deceived so many people. I think the reviews speak for themselves.

    I signed up for the free trial for $1.00. I couldnt find where to cancel it. I emailed them twice, and made a comment on their ******** page, all with no response. They are charging me the $49 per month and it needs to stop! They dont even have a phone number to call!! Very bad customer service!! Fix it as I dont want to be charged again!!
