On February 4, 2025, I presented a 25-minute keynote with PowerPoint for the El Paso Women Leaders Association aka Executive Summits. They solicit people who will present for free in exchange for "exposure". Once the Zoom session had begun, the moderator, ****** ******* announced that the entire summit, including several presentations, would be recorded and posted on the ***** website for access by its membership. I had not been consulted and never gave consent for my content to be recorded or shared. After the summit, I researched and learned that this organization is considered a scam by reputable on-line sources for soliciting presenters with an implied promise of making useful connections, co-opting their presentations for their website, never paying anyone for anything, and selling memberships to view the website. I emailed repeatedly February 8 to 11, asking Ms. ******* to remove my content from their website. She has been completely uncooperative and combative. All I want is to be sure my content is not on their website. The only documentation I have is an email thread.

Date of Transaction: April 30, 2023 until June 13, 2023, when I realized this was a scam. These discussions were through email and chat line. When I could not get through to the company for the conference call, I tried to send emails and got no response. I looked up the site again, and this time noted that there were complaints registered with the ******* ************************** which provided information that this company was a fraud and potentially working throughout the **** *********** changed addresses and names of staff to contact, as it set up shop in other states. Thank you. If I can help any other woman avoid this fraud, that'd be nice.
