      RAM Partners took over around May 2022 of FG Apts in *************, **, and hasnt done anything different from the previous management company, which is extremely disappointing. Property has 3 pools which they advertised as an amenity even after they took over just before the summer, but all three remained closed except for one that opened at the end of summer. Large pieces of furniture, carpet padding and trash is purposely placed behind dumpsters and left for weeks, and area by mailboxes has had furniture sitting there for many months, and now appliances there too that maintenance left there. Its embarrassing telling people we live there because of how poorly maintained and managed it is. Not family friendly at all, and you only get excuses from management to temporarily pacify complaints. Was a nice place once, but its now considered ghetto in town.

      They Took Over Apartment Complex About 3 Years Ago. The Manager Of This Complex Paid Someones Rent Which I Know Is Illegal. Management Stored Okd Refrigerators And Stoves In The Apt Behind My Elderly Mother. It Remained Empty For Nearly 5 Years. Management And Maintenance Entered My Mothers Apartment Which There Should Be Written Notice That 24 Hours Notice Is Needed ** Of Her Mental Issues. There Is Always New Maintenance. This Apt Has Had Water Damage. (we Have Photos). The Staff Is Unprofessional Unless RAM Is On The Premises Or About To Come To The Property. Half Of The *************** Is Closed Especially When Rent Is Due. Unskilled And Unprofessional Management. My Mother Has Been Here Longer Than The Management Or RAM Properties For That Matter.

      Ram Partners took over the Management of *************** in ******* *****, and everything stated below about how this company works is true. They took over managing this complex in June 2022 and back charged all the tenants 6 months of utilities. They sent out a mass eviction notice to the entire complex on 12 AUG 2022 stating that the tenants leases were terminated and they had 5 days to vacate or be evicted with no recourse or remedy on how to fix the issue. Over the utilities that were charged from before they took over some amounts owed were less than $25. No Late notice given, no payment options given, just a notice of a charge on your account and that your lease was terminated. Under no circumstance should anyone in good standing do business with this company.
