  Citiside properties is not only collecting money from application fees and denying applicants. But they also lie about the rental qualifications regarding the properties. Most rental agencies will ask for last 3 months of statements to verify income. This rental agency bases qualifications of approval from your last 30 days of income. So if you have not earned 3x the rent in the last 30 days it would automatically disqualify you from renting with them. Not only is this disgusting but its highly misleading because none of that is mentioned when they make posts regarding these properties.

  Extremely predatory and incompetent when it comes to communication. Accounting is a s*** show, so they forget to charge for utilities frequently, and then added 6 months worth of utility cost at once. When I asked what it was for, I received no response. I moved into a 6 bedroom property alone, but when new people were starting to move in to fill rooms, I received no notice that anyone had even signed the lease. One day I left to run errands while the house is empty, suddenly I get home and 3 new people are moving in. Similar situation happened when there was an Open House held over the summer none of the tenants received notice beforehand, they just showed up and we had to open our house to them with no preparation.This property is just appallingly poorly run. No communication, tried to raise rent $400 despite making no improvements (had to settle for only easing it $200 when no one bit)At a point where I cannot even finish out my lease because the combination of management and roommates that attract bugs and leave the kitchen nearly unusable.

  Citiside manages a rental property next to my home that is in complete disrepair. There have been multiple violent incidents occur at the home where police were called. The windows are busted out & covered with trash bags and there is a huge, dead tree in the backyard that is going to destroy a nearby home, kill someone, or both. The neighbors have written letters and called multiple times to no avail. They simply do not care. Citiside ******************* is a slumlord. If you are considering renting from this company, I would seriously advise against it. Based on what I've seen, they *do not* care about the welfare of their tenants or those around them. And if you are considering using them to manage your rental property, they certainly do not care about the properties they are being asked to rent & maintain. I would steer clear if you have any care in the world for the integrity of your home.

  I am an owner and I have been nothing but impressed with Citiside. I have 2 properties managed by them and they are swift in marketing and leasing, fair in their fees, responsive to my (and my tenants) concerns and communicative. I can't recommend them highly enough. It was been incredibly smooth since hiring them. They make owning an investment property remotely feasible.

  I rented with this property from Nov 2021 - Oct 2022. I have never missed a payment or have been late on my rent. I travel for work. In October, I went out of town for a few weeks and came back to items missing out of my home, including my camera with a lock box on my door. How scary and upsetting that they allow maintenance to come into my home and take my belongings. I still have not received an update on when I will receive my security deposit back. I cannot get anyone on the phone and no one has applied to my emails. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. I simply want this issue resolved!

  I just moved her in May and I already have mold all over my furniture. I have called City Side to get this issue resolved. These people are hard to get in touch with because they dont answer their phone. They sent somebody out here and took pictures I was confirm that I had mold. They change filter to the air conditioner. They also sent somebody out here to clean the air conditioner vents. I called them to see when theyre going to resolve the issue about the mold, I have called them Ive left them a message and emails no response I dont know what else to do because mold is a serious issue it can make you sick I wouldnt advise no one to rent for from Citiside Management.Unsatisfied customer
