      i have a lift chair the remote has gone bad they were supposed to have got me one over 3 months ago every time i call them about it they give me the run around about it. im still paying on it. its a shame the way they do costomers about taking care of their products

      i have been leasing some furniture from aarons here in hot springs on central.. i have really bad medical problems and i had called the main manager **** and me and him had a verbal aggrement so now since **** is on a personel leave this **** *** gets messing me over on my furniture. werecliner had asked them to come get the recliner and love seat and andt got we made a payment to get our tv and tv stand up to were it needed to be. now they wanteing to get everything i dont know what to do anymore it seems like since i have been leasing from them they have been taking more money and not getting the dates and days right on our payment when there supposed be paid..

      The purchasing process was about the only 5 star rating however if I could give a negative rating on other aspects I would. I purchased a couch and love seat from them and the additional Aarons club warranty coverage that they claim to be a peace of mind even on their hold music. After submitting a claim, having someone come out, and waiting over a month for a response after they informed me they would know something within a week. It was over 2 weeks and my claim was denied. Part of the reason was because they said they attempted to make contact with me for more information; which they did not do; and found it due to misuse which it wasnt even the tech that came out said it wasnt. Then I disputed the denial and it has been over a month since disputed it with no reaching out. I have had to called multiple times to get an update with nothing. I called into the corporate office to try to get someone to help. After calling corporate informed me it would be within 24 hours that the regional manager would call and they have not. I call back about a week later giving them time to reach out and was told it has been escalated and someone will reach out. No one is reaching out to resolve my issues with the defective product that they are selling. Overall customer experience with this company after they have your business is definitely negative 5 stars.

      Most nasty people in business and how they stay in business is beyond me. I told them I only get paid 2 times a month and my days change. I couldnt commit to a certain date because of that. Dont worry about it they said. We will work with that. AND THEY DID NOT CALLED AND Harass me mercifully!!! And even called me a liar. Truth is they lie and then try to make you feel like youre in the wrong. TRUST ME STSY AWAY FROM THEM.

      The customer service is absolutely terrible. They dont try to work with you if you lose your job. Its all about money and their merchandise is overpriced and doesnt last a month in a half after paying off my washer and dryer. It stopped working.

      I have done good business with Mr ***** at Aarons really nice guy but not some woman name melody or ******* is constantly calling me back to back for a bill I already paid and also when I answer and tell her my bill is paid she just immediately hangs up no professionalism whatsoever and she claims to be a manager if this is the type of managers they have at that location I will be doing business somewhere else

      Ive been leasing a couch from Aarons in *****, ** since February 2024 and have made consistent monthly payments of $200.24. Even after paying over $1,400, Im still being told I owe more than $2,200on furniture that had a cash price of just $2,605.98. The lease is set for 24 months, but the total cost to own is nearly double the cash ******** make matters worse, a store manager showed up at my home after one missed payment and spoke to me aggressively, saying it wasnt his problem if I believed it shouldve been paid off by now. I felt disrespected and unsafe in my own home.Ive reached out for a resolution and was left feeling unheard and taken advantage of. Im now filing formal complaints with legal aid, the Better Business Bureau, and the Texas Attorney ********** sharing this to warn other families: read the fine print carefully, and know your rights. No one should be treated like this.

      Took too much money out of my account too many times. ******* is an awful manager. She is like a first grader she doesnt belong being a manager. She has no needs skills and she is very rude.

      Please ???? don't lease or buy anything from Aaron's they don't ***** warranty my washer machine broken ?? it has water in the washer it just stop ?? working i have a warranty that I been paying since 2021 ,$10.65 was coming out of my account now they don't want to fix my washer please ???? don't buy or lease it's bad enough that they over charged for everything but I'm going to fight them for all my money
