      There interest rates are ridiculous and when you purchase electronics from them I had a TV one time from them after it was paid off 2 years later it stop working also if you go there make sure it's brand new job st like the lamp set we bought was pre rented out not long after being paid off the lamp stop working and nothing could been done about it I'll never rent from no rent to own companies cause their rip offs

      I been renting a couch from aarons here in *************** ** , I have made at least 8 payments so far on it and I needed to push off a payment until August 18th and the employee by the name of ****** said they couldn't wait that long for their payment. My question is why can't she? Then she made a comment saying obviously I can't make my payments, basically getting smart with me. Very bad customer service and business. I have rented and paid off furniture with aarons in the past so not happy at all.

      They lied to me and the system they use is for certain people who want to rent from Aarons Rent to Own because I did my lease and all and then they called me on a Sunday August 7 2022 at 5:10 and then they emailed me at 5::12 and canceled my on line order and all but nobody can really say why to me only thing they say do another application on line and I said I not this is the second one and I will not be doing a third one at all

      We love Our furniture we have purchased multiple pieces of furniture from here and also paid a lot off. we have always paid on time. Just recently my husband got sick with covid horribly. He can barley walk and hes been in the hospital for a few months the doctor said hes at risk of having a stroke so its been hard. But in the end we always pay our **** and the late fees. This guy named ******** is such a horrible person. Hes rude. He mocks me on my ring video when he comes to my house. I told him my husbands still in the hospital but I will make the payment as I always do. He acts like he could care less about if my husbands sick or not. He threatened to take our stuff for being only two weeks late after we have been paying for it for awhile. We have called corporate about this before and was assured that this would stop but he just doesnt seem to stop he just keeps on and on no matter how nice I am to him. And its really sad because my husbands really sick and Im really worried but we still make our payments even if it is just a week late or two weeks late I still make the payments. We have never been late on a payment until my husband was hospitalized 3 months ago. We have been buying furniture from here for years and this is how were treated. God forbid if I passed away or something he would probably be harassing my children. I thought I read on the website they would be more than happy to help us if we have been effected by covid.

      NO STARS! HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK; INCOMPETANT MANAGER *************************** OVER CHARGED MY ACCOUNT!!! This is not the first time this woman has given me issues on my account. This new incident is actually SOOO ridiculous that I am shocked this women has not been reprimanded and relieved of her position after multiple complaints. It seems the complaints below specify this same woman. She YELLED, I had to ask her who she thought she was talking too!?? SHE WAS SO OFF IT WAS THE WEIRDEST, MOST DELIBRITE (on her part), MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, STUPID INTERACTION (ON HER PART) THAT I HAVE EXPERIANCED AS A CUSTOMER!!! I pay on time with auto debits, and have EZpay that you can CLEARLY see the amount due. I just had to update my new debit card. She double charged me when she entered it manually, my bank then sends me an alert, she then LIED and said does not see the amount that she just charged me. THEN said "oh its the monthly, and that was a GLICH that charged me " A GLICH?? I let her know I am looking at my payment amount right now THIS IS NOT WHAT MY SERVICE AGREEMENT STATES. I asked her to reverse it, she then answered with the amount charged, is my amount 2x's.. WHAT?? AGAIN, WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THE EXACT AMOUNT THAT I PAY AND THE AGREEMENT TIME WHEN I PAY?? AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED, NOT DOUBLE!! She CONTINUED talking over by cutting me off when asking her account questions, would not say anything to help when the reverse would occur or even HOW, so I could pay the correct amount. THEN said she would call back and hung up abruptly, I called her back, asked why she hung up without a resolution, she LIED again(of course) said she didn't and then said it was up to my bank. I didn't trust she even reversed it HAD TO ASK FOR A RECEIPT OR CONFIRMATION, I AM GOING TO ATTACH THE SCREEN SHOT OF HER TAKING A PICTURE OF THE COMPUTER SCREEN WITH HER PHONE WHICH IS BLURRY?? WTH?? WHAT CALIBER OF MANAGEMENT DOES AARON'S HAVE REPRESENTING THEM??

      The ******** location staff is very rude and uncaring. I was in the hospital having major surgery and they continued to call my phone 3 to 4 times a day. I pay my account on time and the couple of times they call my phone constantly leaving the rudest messages imaginable. Once I pay this contract out, I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I will also never finance furniture again the interest charged should be against the law. I am also filing a complaint against them for not being willing to work with customers (regular customers) when they fall upon hard times due to health issues. 1 star because I had to pick otherwise a big fat zero

      Never got the items delivered, store manager is rude and kept hanging up on me. the company in corporate couldnt even give me any information wouldnt let me speak to a manager or supervisor on the phone and the store manager at the location I was purchasing at told me not to come in the store even though he wont answer the phone if they dont give me a refund I will be filing a lawsuit. What kind of trash company is this ?

      This is the worst company I ever do business with , I bought a computer from this business and I will regret forever , I was told a price at the beginning and at the end it was a different price , they took money from my bank account when I was on time ever month , when I ask why they took the money all the staff from the store didnt know why no even the manager after a week someone called me from the store and admitted it was a glitch or error in their system , they have horrible customer service techniques I will encourage everyone to stay away from this business

      Arron's on *********** is very unprofessional. Let's start with on July 11 I entered into contract for a bed and mattress. July 14 my delivery was scheduled between 4 and 7 at 6:22 I called and was told that they didn't have all the parts no one called to let me know they where not coming. On the 15th I called they say still haven't picked up the parts from there ********** store and will be there again between 4 and 7 this is the ****** store in ** on ***********

      Aarons has delivered a bedroom set and it had damage. The delivery gentleman said it was a display. So I called the store and spoke to the Gm ***** and she told me they do not give the display. She wanted the pictures sent to email so it would be on file. Took 12 photos and sent them. I called store back to verify she reviews them. She said she would have to talk to her Gm about knocking some off our lease price or swap out for new. I waited a couple days and called back. At that time ***** did not talk to her Gm. So I said we would want a new set. Waited for the delivery for day and called back ***** said it was going to be in boxes. All of the furniture was good except for the headboard. Waited another week for the new headboard and it was damaged again. We refused it. Called store have to speak to ***** she was not there. When they came to deliver the first set they were rough with the hand tuck and damage our walls and frame work. We asked if they could be a little more careful the gentleman laughed it off. ***** was here the second time and I said to her the guy is being rough and she said the furniture is heavy. They did not take us seriously. But Im expected to pay for what I agreed to every month so far its been something damaged. U would think u would receive new furniture.
