      Gave me chicken so dry couldn't even eat it look like they took old chicken and refried it..

      Victim of fraud 10/26/24. I have been calling since and no one is able to resolve the issue. They keep saying they submitting it to higher management. No one has called and I keep calling requesting for a refund. I have called the location where order was placed and told they not able to do anything. I live in a different state from where order was placed. It is nothing but a hassle and no one has a different number to contact anyone to get any kind of resolution.

      Week 3 of being a victim of fraud where an order for $50 was placed and nothing has been resolved. Week 3 of being told there is nothing that can be done but having my claim be resubmitted to the "higher ***** Week 3 of being told the same exact thing as week 1 and in the same exact position. Church's chickens website is not secure and a playground for hackers. To put the icing on the cake the "supervisor" hung up in my face. Wonderful customer service !

      The Church's on ********* highway the cashier name is *******, she has the worst attitude and she charges more than she supposed to. She throws you food in the box and it be scattered everywhere. That's the worst place I've ever been to. She take a long time to take your order. If you say something she will respond very quickly with an attitude. She want give you a chance to see if you got everything you ordered, and she will rush you telling you that you need to move with a nasty attitude.

      I placed an order 7/30/2024 never received it via delivery. Ive called the customer service everyday and been told the same thing Ill get your complaint escalated. Very dishonest company

      Will not refund my payment after agreement to do so.Will not accept my documentation of bad business. This company does honor it's own service agreements.Claims of third party customer service agency ********************** on it's behalf but this mysterious company will not reveal it's name. I Have not received promised communication of resolution for my issue.************

      This company will not pay its bills. My company replaced a large window in September 2023 and can't get anyone to respond to our calls, letters or emails. Don't do business with them. The restaurant was at **************************************************************

      The cashier cussed me out and calling me fat in front of the customers. ONLY BECAUSE WE WAS A LINE A HOUR BECAUSE THE *** WAS OUT. AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. ON ************* ******* ** IN THE **** END. THE "SUPERVISOR " WAS no better she hearing everything and when the young threatened me then she grabbed his shirt

      This was the worst churches chicken Ive ever been to the cashier, put her hands on the food because she was ****** off about her job and overcharge for food. If she dont like her job, she needs to go somewhere else. **************** is not it for her dislocation need to be closed down on old national in *******, *******. Second, some of the employees dont know how to talk to their customers they are serving and refused to give me a receipt.
