  Recently went to the ******************** location in GA and the service was awful. The drive thru rep really made my experience unpleasant. If youre ever in Georgia go to another location.

  The church chicken on *************************** and Main St in ******** **** They never have SPICY CHICKEN! This when they first open! And when we ask for anything spicy chicken coming up they always say they ran out they not we are closed for the day!! And laugh at ******* face!! Thai has been happen for 4months!! PLEASE SHUT THiS LOCATION DOWN!!! PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING HERE ARE VERY RUDE!!!! Doesnt make since if u open at 11am n the morning you should have everything ready to go make no since!! Thats all they sell is CHICKEN!!and side dishes!! When they do have spicy chicken and u ask for it they dont even give it to you they give u a mix or non spicy and like 4pieces of spicy chicken

  On June 14, at 4:12 pm I visited the ***** ********************** location. The young ********American girl in there with the ponytail was scratching her face, digging in her nose and playing with her phone while serving food with no gloves. She is the most disgusting thing. Ive ever seen in my life working in the fast food industry. she needs to be fired. Shes going to cause someone to get food poisoning. I see why so many of their stores closed down in the *************** because its nasty people like her working for Churches.

  I ordered and paid online for the store in my town. When I got to the store to pick it up, I was told that the order had been picked up already. Whatever, they gave my order to someone by mistake- it happens. But when I asked if they could remake it for me, they said no because it had already been picked up. I continued to explain to them that I was not the one that picked it up and they didnt listen. I finally just asked for a refund and was refused that as well. They kept telling me I had to go through the vendor that I ordered from. I ORDERED FROM CHURCHS WEBSITE. The man told me to call the number in the email confirmation (that I was showing them) for help. I told him that this was their stores number and again I was told to call. I finally drove off (angry) and called the number and lo and behold, the same man I was speaking to at the window answered the phone. When I identified myself he said ok and hung up the phone on me! I am never giving this business another ***** of my money. Absolutely absurd.I called corporate and spoke to a very kind gentleman who is assisting me in getting my money back for this order. But you guys have got to *********** quality people. This was insane. I was treated like a thief and a liar over some chicken. Never going back.

  I was in the store location ***********************************************************. I paid for an item that was not in my bag when I got the food home. After taking the products back is when the nightmare begins. The store cashier and manager refused to give me what I had paid for. By this time my food is cold. I asked for my food to be replaced and was told I have to get back in line as well as the poppers that I paid for where not return back to me. When I asked for them back after paying for them, I was told that I had to replace for them. I asked for them to be replace with the fried okra and was told I had to pay for it also. So, after paying for them they over cooked the food and give me chicken that was not cooked all the way. I asked for a refund three times and was told if I did not leave the store the cashier told me she will come and throw me out of the store. With my food not cooked completely and okra over cooked and not the items that I paid for as the cashier and manager did this to me with a store full of customers. The stores phone number that they list online doesn't work. The manager and cashier need 90 days off without pay. This is not the first time I have seen this at this location. But because nothing has been done, they keep stealing and treating the customers any kind of way. Something needs to be done. You cannot threaten to put your hands on a customer because I am asking that I get the services I paid for. Someone could have done hurt from this matter getting out of hand. I did my best just to get what I paid for so that I can leave. Please play back your cameras in the store and you be the judge.

  I used to work here. I worked here for 3 weeks and I only received 1 pay check for 247 dollars. I wasnt able to see my punches from clocking in and out, I couldn't see how much I was getting paid by the hour (***** is what we agreed on in the interview). I was fired a day before payday. Then ****** the store manager hurry up and locked my employee account. This job is a scam. The store manager calls and tells the district manager all these lies. I believe they in it together. Because when I talked to district manager she was rude and very unprofessional. Because all she had to so was run the cameras back like she said she was gonna do but never did it. Scam job make u work there and don't pay. I want my money I worked for ******. The health inspector needs to go check that nasty store out. Grease and mole everywhere. Nobody wash there hands when they come in to work, so did the store manager (she even parked handicap). The way they handle meat is outrageous. ****** chicken juice everywhere. It's very unsanitary no one use gloves. The store in a whole needs to be condemned rats running around eating the food they sell to customers. I just want my money I worked for. Flies all in the chicken batter, the freezer smells like spoiled chicken and garbage. Circle k rite next door it's the same over there. It had a rat in the ice machine and they still gave the customers the ice. They put food on the rolling tray with chicken blood on it. They gonna kill somebody. That's why I got fired cause the workers were going to clean up and they were gonna handle meat the right way and come to work on time and open the store on time. They didn't want that all churches chicken wanted to do is scam me out of my time and money.
