Good Morning, We occasionally order take out from Buffalo Wild Wings in ********* **. During Covid they stopped the **** on boneless wings on Thursdays. However, now they are advertising it as a promotion. Each time we order, the **** offer is on their website, but they refuse to honor the offer.We traditionally or 40 boneless wings for our family of 5. Yesterday, July 22, 2022 we again placed an order. We stated that the offer is on your website. It does say for "limited time only", but why on earth would it be on their website, under promotions, if it is not valid at this time?We absolutely love BWW but truly cannot afford it at full price. How can we tell the kids we are getting bww, then not get it because there is no promotion, as a parent you cannot. So we have been paying too much over our last several orders.I request two (2) things as a resolution. 1. I would like a credit for our last three (3) purchases when the **** was not offered. And 2, if they do not honor that promotion I strongly feel it should not be on their website. This promotion is active at all corporate sports bars. However, some franchise locations may choose not to participate in the promotion. The *********, ** location is a franchise location so they may not be participating in the promotion. That being said, we encourage you to contact another Buffalo Wild Wings sports bar near your area and see if they honor the **** boneless offer on Thursdays. On our website on Thursdays when the promotion is being run, the following terms and conditions are available to the guest. Franchisee locations have the opportunity to opt-out of the promotion or use size restrictions. These are both stated in the terms and conditions. 7/21/2022 Ordered online using the Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) website and set the order to be ready to be picked up at 5:00 PM. I paid for this order and my card statements support that I in fact paid for this. I received an email confirming that my order would be ready for pickup "by 5:00". I drove to the store and entered at 5:03 PM after not receiving an email confirming my order was ready. I told the employee at the counter that I was waiting for an online order and was instructed to take a seat and wait. I waited around ****************************************** store for carry out received their order before myself. I then approached the counter and asked what the status of my order was. It was not until 5:26 PM that I was told that the online system did not submit my order to the store to be processed. I then had to resubmit my order (*****) and wait an additional 30 minutes to receive my food. In addition, my order was incorrect as I received 2 Caramel Sauces and 5 ranches vice 6 Ranch Sauces and 1 Southwest Ranch. I saw several customers during the nearly hour long time period that I was in the store be told that their online order did not go through and leave the store dejected and without any food. There was no attempt or semblance of trying to correct the issue or provide customers who were negatively impacted by this any sort of compensation or apology. I paid $37.38 and an hour of my time for this meal.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: after the first and only attempt to contact me, I called back at my earliest convenience. I talked to an employee that took my name and order number and said that she would give it to her manager to take care of my refund. I have since heard nothing back from BWW at the Oceanfront and have not received any sort of compensation.

On July 14 at 6:07pm I came into the ******** ** location and made an instore pickup order. Assuming the person taking my order was new he was helped by a fellow colleague. I ordered a wrap per usual with nothing but lettuce parm cheese and crispy chicken. Very specific per usual! I get home and the wrap has buffalo sauce meanwhile I asked for sweet bbq! I call in explaining within 15 minutes I was asked for the last 4 of my card and that the wrap would be refunded. Meanwhile that was on 7/14. On on 7/16 when the full balance posted I called in inquiring why when the only thing I ate was the mozzarella sticks and I was ensured the difference would be credited. I was taken through the process AGAIN contact info last 4 of card etc today is 7/21 and Ive still not received a partial refund even after calling and speaking with managers this is so bogusBusiness Response

We dined at Buffalo Wild Wings on July 16th, 2022 and had the 50% offer activated, however the discount was not reflected on the ****.Numerous attempts were made to Buffalo Wild Wings customer service, to rectify this issue. Despite the repeated reiteration that the 50% offer was activate, prior to us ordering our mean. And we also asked our server, which we can use this offer or not. (She informed us that the offer needs to be activated, which it was)We contacted Buffalo Wild Wings customer support and was told the the 50% offer needs to be activated beforehand, and the subtotal needs to be $10+, which we did, activated the offer and the subtotal exceed the $10 minimum. (Our subtotal was $54.86, not including tax and tip; grand total paid was $68.68)It is extremely unclear, how the transaction was not posted on my account, when I gave the server the number associated with the blazin' reward account and received the check via text message. We had a long tired day and we had called the ******************************************************* location around 10:30 asking if we could order over the phone since its close to 11, but they then told us that we could come in for a walk-in, they just close at 11. We get there 3 minutes later and the doors are closed. We called and tried to explain the misunderstanding but they just told us that they closed at 10:35 due to the manager saying so. We asked to speak the the manager and then he talked to us for a little until he hung up on me. I understand the kitchen might close at 11 but the paper on the front door said the new hours for the weekdays end at 12. I find it very disrespectful that the manager hung up on us instead of settling the dispute, I also found it very unprofessional that they told us 3 minutes before we showed that we could just walk-in when we offered to place an order ahead of time and still did not accommodate us with any sort of service and instead chose to be rude and did not serve their customers their word. On July 11th I ordered takeout dinner for my family. The order was missing a meal when I briefly reviewed it, I waited an extensive amount of time, over 15 minutes, for the missing item (a salad). I politely waited, received the salad, drove home, as I unpacked everyones food, I noticed the fires for my order were missing, I thought oh well. Then I went to take a bite of my burger and my burger was missing a ***** and cheese, it only had coleslaw and brisket. I called the store and was told they were too busy for the manager to take my call. I provided my name and number and was told that I would get a call before the end of the day. As the evening got later and later I decided to call again and was able to speak to the manager. The manager assured me there would be a refund processed. Today is July 15, Ive spent over an hour and half on the phone waiting or talking to the manager who again keeps telling they have been too busy to circle back with me. The manager (*******) does not know if a refund was processed. Its been several hours on the phone and no resolution has been confirmed.Business Response

I visited this restaurant 7/13/2022 at 5pm and was told by one lady they were closed for 45 minutes. My husband went in and another lady told us to sit down anywhere. We sat down and waited 30 minutes to meet our server. We gave our order and waited another 40 minutes for our food. My husbands order never arrived and when we asked the server why she advised the restaurant didn't have anymore and she forgot to tell us. My kids orders came however, only my fries arrived and when I ask the server where's my wings she advised she will find out where are they. I waited 25 minutes and my wings finally arrived but by then my fries were cold. Other people in the restaurant were leaving because of the long wait and horrible service. One couple even left after ordering their drinks because of how long it took to order. I never got my blue cheese either because my server ran outside with my husbands debit card to try and get other people who left. none of the drinks for happy hour 3-6pm were not available according to the server. All in all I would like my money back for this horrible meal.Business Response

The order that I picked up (ordered 7/14/2022 for pick up at 6:30) did not match what I ordered. It did not have the fries I ordered nor did it have the correct wings. They were both labeled incorrectly and did not match with what I had ordered. I ordered 15 Mango Habenaro wings and 15 Honey BBQ. I have had both of these wings several times and am certain that what I was provided was not the same. I also find it ridiculous that there is not an online portal through which to request a refund.Business Response
