      On August 5th I ordered food from the app, but when I saw how long it was going to take I decided to cancel my order so I called on the phone. I thought I was automatically going to get a refund after that, but when days passed by I decided to call and they told me how they couldnt issue me a refund because they couldnt find my receipt. Even when I told them if I could bring in a bank statement showing them that I did pay, they still wouldnt issue me a refund.

      We ordered buffalo wild wings online Tuesday Aug 2nd. We placed our order at 5pm and put to have it ready for pick up at 7:30. Upon arriving and letting the woman know my name, I was told it would be just a few minutes, at 8pm I was still waiting and asked what was going on. The woman told me they were short staffed, and I explained they had 3 hrs now at this point to make some wings, and still didn't have it done?!? I asked to speak with a manager, and when she came back out she told me the manager would not come out to speak to me because he was helping in the kitchen. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order because I wasn't waiting anymore. She took my name and last 4 numbers of the card used and was told by her manager that he wouldn't refund it now, he would do it at the end of the night when he had time. I asked for the managers name and she told me ****, with no last name. I took a picture of the receipt that she wrote the info on, and watched her place it in a pile of other receipts. Here we are, on Thursday August 11th, and we still have no refund! I emailed buffalo wild wings corporate office and also called that same night to make my complaint and let them know about the experience and that my money was not refunded. I have heard nothing back from anyone at buffalo wild wings, and we are still out our money, that we paid for a service and product that was canceled! I demand a full refund, plus more for the lack of communication, and for the time that weve spent without this money! I'm spent a few hrs dealing with this issue, from waiting, to being on the phone, to sending emails, to now having to do this, which I should be reimbursed for my time as well! Horrible customer service on every single end possible with this company!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is something I can't do anything about. I don't understand how the company manages the franchises but can't do anything to solve issues with them, but again there's nothing I can do if they won't do anything about it.

      We purchased some Arby's meals last year on a road trip and realized we were missing items when we pulled away. We contacted Arby's for a refund but instead of issuing a refund to us which was our preferred resolution, Arby's offered to send us two "Make it Right" each good for one free meal. This was not an ideal resolution because we don't have an Arby's location near our home but we accepted not realizing that the certificates have an expiration date. We realized that the certificates expired on March 31, 2022 and contacted Arby's to request replacement certificates. We spoke with a customer service representative named ******* who checked with her supervisor, **** and the answer we received was no. They would not replace the expired certificates which means Arby's was paid for a product we did not receive. If they will not issue new certificates to us then we should receive a refund for the meal we purchased.

      I worked for ****** food service and was fired do to me showing some disturbing words wrote on a box to my old employer supervisor and posted it on social media the words was racist and disrespectful saying only whites I posted it on my IG bricks_uptown and was shared through out ************* I was delivering to Buffalo Wild Wings in ************ ** ADDRESS IS ********************************************************************** If need to have a conversation or what not please give me a call ********** have a great day

      I have been supposed to receive a refund from our local restaurant. I have called multiple times since 07/15/2022 to speak to the manager about the issue and I either have to leave a message and never get a return phone call or I get hung up on once I tell them what I am calling about.

      I placed an order for Buffalo Wild Wings on DoorDash to be delivered and ***** local Buffalo Wild Wings in *****************, ** seems to still have a problem with ordering from these applications. They told me over 6 months ago they had a problem and I figured 6 months is long enough to get it fixed but apparently not and so if you are listing yourself on a delivery service yo I should be able to fulfill the delivery requested. Someone seems to be dropping the ball on supporting the food delivery services and the restaurant blames corporate when you ask them about it.

      I placed an online order using the email address ********************** with the associated name ***************************** on the blazin rewards account. This order was placed Wednesday July 20, 2022. After placing the order I realized pick up was delayed until the next day so my food wouldnt be ready until Thursday July 21. I called Buffalo Wild Wings and asked to cancel my $36.96 order due to wanting food that night and not the next day. They told me they would cancel the order and refund me. I have never received my refund for the food that was canceled and never picked up. I was charged $39.96 to my card (***************************** ) ending in **** and never received a refund. I have called this specific business twice now asking for a manager and each time I explain that Im missing my refund. The associate always puts me on a brief hold while they try to get the manager and then they only ask me for the name and last four of the card number without letting me speak to the manager. This is a little ridiculous to have to deal with. I called and canceled the order the same day it was placed and was still charged and its been going on two weeks now without a refund.

      There is no way to cancel an order placed with Buffalo Wild Wings. If you place an order and pay, then they changed the order to be delivered 3 hours later there is no way to cancel the order. Not on the app, not online and not even if you call the store. It's extremely hard to reach anyone at the store when you call. I took me 15 times to get a hold of anyone. When i did they said they can't cancel on their end. I have to cancel it on the app. But there isn't any place to cancel the order on the app. I have searched the internet and everyone is having the same issue. I don't think this should be legal. If you can't deliver in a reasonable amount of time the customer should be able to cancel and there should be a clear and easy way to do so. I asked a manager to help but they said it they were busy. I asked for them to call me back and never did. I feel this is a shady practice from this company. I have included a screenshot, bank charge and email showing the ************* of the order as well as proof there isn't any button or link to be able to cancel the order. It also show the store location but this is a corporate issue not just a single store.

      On 7/30/22 I ordered 20 traditional wings with the WILD sauce as I always do (relevant to complaint). Since we always order this sauce we know what it should taste like and how hot(spicy) this should be. My son and I each tasted our portion and quickly realized these were EXTREMELY hotter than normal. We were not able to eat the 20 wings we paid for for this reason. I called the restaurant where we purchased the wings located in *****************, ** on 7/31/22 to voice my complaint. This occured at around 450pm. The manager told me that there was nothing that could be done because I ordered the WILD sauce and that's what they gave me. I explained that I ALWAYS order the WILD sauce and that these were so hot they were inedible. She proceeded to tell me that they recently changed the formula for the WILD sauce. I asked her if this was something at all locations. She said yes. I asked if there was any type of notification or press release letting people know that the wild sauce formulation had changed and relay that it's hotness was extremely increased. She said no and there was nothing she could do. So now I'm left with wings I paid for but cannot eat.I don't know if she's lying or if this was actually true. If true, I'm wondering how many other people have gone through this and am wondering why there was no press release.i want a refund of the 20 traditional wings I ordered, and want the company to put out a press release whenever their formula changes so that people know what they are paying for.

      I had purchased a meal Online for the ********** ** location on July 17th. The Order details are as follows,- 10 Traditional Wings - 10 Traditional Wings + Fries - 6 Boneless Wings Total Cost - $30.56 Upon ordering I was made aware that due to rush, the order may take around an hour to be ready. I had then requested to CANCEL the order and refund the money. This conversation was had with the Manager on Shift then. The individual took the last 4 digits of my Credit Card and confirmed he'll initiate the return. It has now been a week and the Refund has not been processed. During this time, Ive spoke with Several Manager's (I believe theyre on Shift basis) and each gave me a different spiel of who/how will the refund be processed. Today is July 24th and I again called and spoke with the Manager. Very unprofessional and rude lady who told me there is a note left for the ** to take care of my refund. So now Im expected to again just sit tight and wait.Please assist me in getting my refund from this unprofessional and incompetent establishment. I have attached a copy of the Order Details.
