      I accidentally made an order thinking it was going to be delivered the same day, but instead showed that I was getting it the next day. I tried finding a way to cancel the order and didnt find one. I want a refund for the money I spent.

      The Blazing rewards support does not do anything. You will spend a minimum ********************************************************************************** to be told that they cannot resolve your problem and to wait and see if that fixes it. I do not understand why the line to the rewards customer service even exists when they do less than emailing the general support. Spent 5 days trying to call in and have an account issue fixed only to have no resolution and have nobody there with the ability or knowledge to understand the problem, much less to fix it.

      Visited your restaurant with my son. Ordered a sampler and a ton of wings. Asked for napkins and was told you guys were out of napkins. Asked for a hand towel out of the back at least. Was brought 1 for both of us to share. Hopefully you can see what is wrong with this, if not, I suggest you visit your store and try to eat wings in sauce with no napkins. I was told to use the alcohol pads as napkins, but having alcohol on hands while eating just isnt going to do. I just seems that the manager could have sent someone to a store to buy napkins or even paper towels for your guests. I know there were 3 employees at the to go place texting on their phones for the whole time we were there could have driven and gotten some napkins. We each at 1 wing and left our entire order on the table. Even paid for it. What kind of manager knows they are out of napkins at a wings place and doesnt get some? Supplier issues or not, someone could just buy some. Not only didnt we not get to eat, we got charged for the meal. I'm not looking for anything from you just want you to understand the level of management in your stores. It may be hard to find decent manager staff, but the current one is costing you customers and giving you a really bad name, which to be honest I'm going to help spread my experience to friends, co workers so they dont make the same mistake and throw money away at your restaurant.I guess one of the questions is, did they really only have one clean in the restaurant? How about a health inspection to check on this? Cannot be sanitary.

      Charged my bank account $45.57 for two (2) orders which were delayed delivery four (4) times.First order got cancelled. Attempted to call the restaurant and no one answered the telephone. Being only seven (7) miles away from the restaurant I hoped for quality freshness and taste. The order was delivered one (1) hour late soggy and cold, extremely unreliable and incompetent. Geo one of the managers calls me two (2) days later lacking literacy, telephone etiquette and no apology (a real s**** up). For any of you who have experienced likewise cluster management experience please contact Ms ********************* CEO **************************************************************************** and/or Mr. ******************* *************************************************************

      This is for the ********, ** location .. We ordered for delivery to feed our family including my 2 yr old. The order arrived 20 mins after they said it would. When it arrived it was ice cold we then called and was offered by the girl on the phone to remake it I said no because my 2 yr old need to go to bed as it was after 10pm. I asked maybe a store credit, the girl said we can do a refund let me get a manager. Manager gets on the phone and says he can give me a discount I told him I was told I would get a refund. He said yes I can give a ***** discount and refused to take responsibility for contracting door dash, tried to put it on the driver. I said yes and you are responsible for contracting the driver.. I contacted corporate and they "put in a request" for a refund no response no refund and no "$20 discount".. we will never order or eat there again time to go back to wing stop.

      customer service is horrible I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I had to wait 45 minutes for my food that I never received. I was told the wait would it be 15 minutes. I ordered a 20 piece wing with fries. After about 30 minutes I went to check to see if my order was ready never was ready I was told it was being bagged. 10 more minutes past I just asked for a refund. I never was offered a courtesy drink or anything for the wait not even an explanation so why I was taking so long. They have a bunch of young kids working and all they want to do is play around laugh and joke in front of customers. I will never return.

      I only gave it a one star to be able access the review box. But this Dunkin deserves a -100.Shut it down or get better management. Or owners! When I went in the floor was so slimey That my feet were sliding out from under me. I told the kid that was mopping to clean the mop water and mop head. He just scoofed and walked off! Noooo management team on duty the 2 times I went in there!

      This store location **************************************************************************** need to really train their staff.****** the so-called manager and another so-called manager with tattoos on his arm told me I needed to wait 35 days for a refund. Which to me is totally unheard of .Either this is a scam or those 2 that I mentioned earlier do not know a thing and need to be trained. The official website of bww clearly says that customers are entitled to their refund with no cancellation fee or ....Long story short I ordered in person from that location and did not like the service so I cancelled my order before they even got a chance to make it . Now these 2 wannabe managers are swearing that it will take 30 days for me to get my refund . That's nonsense and I want my money now .I will never go back to that location again . This is ridiculous

      We stopped in the *** in *************** for a late lunch. Our food was prepared incorrectly and the order was supposed to be redone.The some of the same food was returned to us and cold.I asked to speak with a manager.**** came to our table claiming to be the manager.I told him the issues with the food and he said that I was wrong about the food and that he personally cooked my wings.I told him that I knew the food had not been replaced and that I would call the health department.**** then stated I could call whoever I want and get the f*ck out in front of the entire restaurant.The altercation got so heated we requested the presence of the police officer to come.**** continued to curse and even called my husband a B*tch.A guy in everyday clothing came out with a lady in a pink tank top and biker shorts claiming to be *************************** the **.He asked **** a total of 7 times to return to the kitchen which he refused to listen. The ** tried to deesculate the situation,but his employees were not listening to him.It was a mess and so embarrassing.The police officer finally showed up and I told him that we didn't want to leave until he knew what happened and to ensure that they didn't say we left without paying for our food.The ** asked us to leave because he couldn't control his employees and that was not right.Someone needs to get involved and investigate this location and their business techniques.We won't be returning to this location and we are loyal *** reward members.

      This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. After placing our order we waited an hour for appetizers shortly after food started arriving at the table and the food that arrived was not what was ordered. So in addition to waiting an hour for advertisers we it up to a hour and 45 minutes for our food to arrive the correct way. When my husband took his 1st bite we could see the chicken was under cooked as we showed manager her face alone said that she didnt know what to say. This was absolutely the worse service I have ever had,
