      ***, **********, ** is the location my Husband and I have eaten at for years! Recently theyve had many staff changes. Currently, there is a manager named ****. She is running a hostile, laid back, unwelcoming environment. Im not sure how she is there as a superior when ******, who has been there for years can probably run that place like the back of her hand. ****** is currently a manager, but not like ****. As customers we no longer feel the welcoming experience once received by her or our requested waiter ***, due to Annes presence. Recently, my friend ordered and iced water and when received it appeared to have a mix of soda or tea in it. When this was mentioned to ****, she stated that all of their cups were like that and when I said, well mine isntshe proceeded to say that since the water came from the machine it may very well be mixed with another beverage. My friend never received another cup of water. We never had *** neither ****** wait our table and **** treated us that night and the Tuesday nights following like she hates to see us walk through the door. ******************* managerial skills, professionalism and people skills. Her personality and lack of leadership is rubbing off on her staff! ****** and *** have now become short with usnot as personable (both knew our orders EVERY time) and I feel like its due to **** saying something to them. Customer service is all about building relationshipssustaining thembecause if that weve continued to eat there and bring others. I am very disappointed that **** is there, that she is the chosen one and I feel even worse for her staff. She appears to be running a no vape free dictatorship. Unless you want to eat at a smoke lounge, attend a kick back with wings & where you and your preferred waiter will be treated indifferently AND some of the staff appear to be over itdont eat at this location. In all the years eating here we have NEVER experienced treatment as such! -Blazin Rewards Member

      They charged me **** tip plus carry out fee! I ordered online and picked up my order. Which wasnt ready at time disclosed. I waited an additional ***** minutes and order was incorrect; I paid for flats but received mixed. Requested my refund on 10/1/22, I was told it was going to corporate as of 11/15/22 no refund. This is unacceptable and Im losing my patience and belief that customer service is lacking training or dont appreciate the support a customer provides. Poor customer services can make or break a company. Thanks

      Called in to BWW for take out. ************ said she hit the wrong key and my 15 free wings disappeared. Joining the rewards program, I hoped to enjoy a plate of free wings. Instead I get a BWW employee telling me that she was sorry that she hit the wrong key and I could no longer receive my free wings. She proceeded with the order and put my 15 wings on my bill for 24 dollars. I told her she needed to take the charge off my bill and notify the manager that the app was not working and also to tell her manager that she was the cause of my losing free wings. I have no idea if she notified the manager or not. The lady employee told me she was busy and had someone on hold.So I told the employee that I would come in and talk with the manager about my free 15 wings. When I arrived at BWW, the lady I was speaking to on the phone was still busy talking to a customer. She shoved my food bag at me after asking me my name. Without complaining I took the bag and left. No military discount was offered online when I used my credit card to pay . I paid full price for the 20/20 wings. When I arrived home, I found out that the same cashier called me to complain that I did not pay. At 945 pm, I arrived again at BWW and I ended up paying another ****************************************************************************************** my free 15 wings; I might be paying twice for the same wings. Therefore, I might see a bill for close to 90 dollars for 40 wings. Manager contacted by cashier? NO When I came in the restaurant to pay again at 9:45pm, the same cashier was there telling me to pay. The cashier did not offer me a discount for losing my reward.My order was also wrong. I wanted mild sauce on my traditional wings.

      BWW restaurants wont honor the offers they email you and when you call their customer service phone they tell you that you will be contacted but they dont. Its a joke to call their Rewards phone number I waited on hold 1 hour 20 minutes 1 day and 30 minutes today. **************** will not follow through or give you the corporate phone in ***********. Im through with them

      I know that restaurants are having a challenge hiring and maintaining enough staff to take care of customers. The wait time after ordering was about 2-3 times greater than usual. I feel that the wait person should have told me (and my party) that there would be a time delay in preparing the order. While we were not in a particular hurry, it would have been nice to know the situation. Once the food arrived, it tasted excellent and was prepared in an appropriate manner.

      They are ruining the Buffalo Wild Wings name. The management ***** the service ***** the whole place ***** and if I was the owner of the name Buffalo Wild Wings I would really look into this franchise cause it's going to ruin the name

      Absolutely WORST food service in the ENTIRE WORLD, wanna talk to headquarters about the worst experience in a restaurant? CANT. Dont even try it every number on ****** is wrong or disconnected. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?!

      This company has a District manager in South ******* named *********************** who has in the last 6 months gone on a firing spree firing managers left and right with no real reason (over 8 people have been fired). I was fired and there wasn't any proof of the excuse he used to fire me, it's also upsetting because I have gone to this man about another manager stealing and he didn't do anything about it but fired me for refusing people service and he has no proof I refused anyone service. The people that he is saying I refused service to were taking pictures of me and came in multiple times taking pictures of me, I went to my GM for help and nothing was done. The people taking pictures of me are also friends of the manager that is stealing from the ****************** location, His name is *****************. I feel like he set me up to cover his own a** for stealing. He still works there as of today.

      My friends and I (group of 3) went to go to the bar on a saturday at around 7 pm. We sat down and the bartender asked for our ID's which we gave and she checked them and said they were good. So we waited until the manager came over to tell us that he was going to check our ID's also and asked for the color of our houses, so he could back check them with the addresses on the licenses. We answered the question accordingly and waited until he got back expecting everything to go smoothly since our licenses were very much real ID's and not fake. You could verify that information by asking additional questions in relation to the ID's and so on but the manager only checked them using this method, which he then came to the conclusion that they were fake since the pin of my address on ****** maps appeared not to be a house but an empty lot, because I live in a rural area with a lot of land, so that the pin doesn't directly appear on my house but behind it. He said that he was going to take the licenses because they were fake ad we continued to insist that they very much were real and we were willing to call the police. He instead gave us our ID's back and told us to leave and not to come back using our very much real ID's in the establishment. Overall this review is centered on the poor management and methods used to determine a fake ID, which were clearly flawed. And in this case, the manager was threatening to take our real ID's because he believed they were 'fake'.

      **BEWARE DONT ORDER ONLINE IF YOU EXPECT TO GET YOUR FOOD IN A TIMELY MANNER**If I could give zero stars i would. This was one of the worst experiences ive ever had with a restaurant. I placed an online order aroubd 7:10pm for an 8pm pick. Arrive at the the location alil after 8pm & was told me order was not ready which is understandable i expect to wait 5 maybe 10mins but instead didnt receive my order until 5mins to 9pm. Then to my surprise when i arrived home my food was not even hot! This was unacceptable so I called customer service & made an complaint asking for a refund of my order. Why am I paying for cold food after waiting almost 2 hours after placing my order. I got the run around from the custom service center for 2 weeks with each person giving me a different excuse. I dont even see the point of their customer service line when thay cant even do anything to help. The only person out of this situation that even tried to help was the manager **** who could only offer me a discount on my next visit or a $10 refund. Not even half of my $30 order. His reason for not being able to give me a full refund is because there was nothing wrong with the food. This experience has put such a bad taste in my mouth I will never return to any BWW.
