We had a great experience with Quick Restore and especially KC the project manager. Restoration came out same day as leak and the repairs were done in two days! Everything was easy, highly recommend!

If I can give zero stars I would. I was not given an option for the different departments that come in with this company. They all showed up removing and were not careful removing cabinets even though it would be assumed the insurance would want them put back. Restoration was the worst department ever with the customer service etiquette. The man who was assigned to us arrived late and with no warning, then went on to blame the company for a meeting. When I called out his demeanor he then went on to say in the meeting the company gave him bad news that would affect him in the future. His estimates towards my restoration was not honest and was double dipping. I would leave messages and he would call back days later. I felt like I had to do a lot of the talking between insurance and company and was never giving the truth or actual costs. QR restoration would say they are not allowed to speak with insurance because they are not the insurer which was a lie. They have received payments from insurance and hidden fees/costs continue to appear. I regret ever using them. Save yourself the stress and the Debt! They are dishonest for twisting and inventing repairs.

!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Had a water leak originating from master shower that penetrated bathroom wall into master closet. Called a plumber out. Plumber immediately recommended Quick Restore LLC (QR). Plumber contacted QR. QR tech evaluated and suggested immediate remediation as it appeared damage was due to "pipe break". Tech said moisture readings indicated water saturation in all bathroom walls as well as water working its way under the floor tile toward master bedroom. QR crew came in and set up dehumidifiers, fans, and an air scrubber. Original QR tech recommended an insurance claim be filed and assured me he works with insurance providers and there would be no issue with claim approval. During the next three days, QR techs would stop by my house to take readings. Upon arrival, QR techs would sit in their van outside my house for ***** minutes before coming in. They would then come in to take readings that took no more than 5 min. Techs would then sit in their van outside of my house for another ***** minutes afterward. On the third day, insurance provider sent out a leak detection company. Leak detector discovered a hairline separation of grout in the shower floor. Not covered by insurance. I let QR know claim had been denied. QR removed equipment and tech said he would do what he could to get the claim approved. The claim denial could not be overturned, and I never heard from QR again. Received an $8,300 bill from QR a few weeks later. Grossly over charged labor hours and equipment rates. Some equip never ran as circuit panel couldn't support power requirement. QR techs knew this. Disputed most charges and ended up sending in a lower payment with paid in full verbiage on the back of the check. QR eventually cashed the check after several months. In the end the damage wasn't as severe as QR indicated and I feel taken advantage of. QR's business practices are borderline criminal. Save yourself some money and hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

There is a laundry list of reasons not to use Quick Restore: -QR charges you/insurance for stuff they didnt do (I was billed for removal and reinstallation of my reverse osmosis system - I dont own an RO system). -For work QR is unwilling/unable to do, they quote you high prices to hire experienced sub-contractors but then choose the cheapest, most inexperienced workers, presumably hired from ********** parking lots, to complete the work and QR pockets the savings.-They make constant mistakes in both their estimates and the work they do forcing you to closely monitor and document everything. I strongly recommend taking before-and-after pictures so you have proof, otherwise they will argue that it was done correctly. -They drag their feet on repair work, be prepared to constantly follow up to remind them they still have work to do. It took QR a full year to finish the repair work on my kitchen after a drain line backed up. -They overcharge for the equipment they temporarily leave in your home. In many cases it would have been cheaper for me to go out and buy brand new equipment versus renting theirs ($50+ a day for floor fans/dehumidifiers, $100+ for a cheap plastic laundry sink)-They put very little effort into getting insurance company approvals. They will send one email and then make you ****** the insurance company to pre approve the work so it can get started. For the price these guys charge, they should do a much better job following up and explaining to insurance why specific work needs to be completed. -Very little effort when it comes to matching existing tile, countertops, etc. Be prepared to do this yourself or end up like me with wonky, mismatched replacements through your your home.

Thank goodness I did not hire this company to do anything!!The plumber who was doing a repair on a leaking supply line in my foundation brought this company in, saying that they could help with restoration after the repair and possibly get my insurance to cover some of it.All the water damage was UNDER the house, in the ground under my foundation. There was no surface damage, no sheetrock damage, no flooring damage. When the rep (the "emergency service ************* manager") came into the house, I was in the garage with one of the plumbers. I walked back into the room and he turned from the hole in the wall to introduce himself. He made some stepping gestures and said, "OOhh, this floor is kind of squishy." I told him that was impossible because there was no water above the floor. When he stepped out of the way, I could see clean water had been put on the floor and on the entrance to the hole. It had not been wet before he got there. Then, turning around, I see water dribbled on the kitchen floor in a trail toward the hole in the dining room wall. He took water from my kitchen sink and poured it in and around the hole in an attempt to make me believe water was coming up into the house. I am not an idiot! It was not wet before he got there, and IT WAS CLEAN WATER!!I have reported this to the Registrar of Contractors. I am now questioning my choice of plumbers, because they have aligned themselves with this sort of business. If I could give negative stars, they would get a negative 5.

Terrible, terrible, terrible work. We live out of state from where the work was being done, so our fault for not researching more. DONT use them. They do the most hideous work ever, then when you tell them to fix it, they send out the same s***** worker (because they told us after the fact) that they have to give them another chance. Another chance to s**** up our project with our OK. Finally, months later, we finally get a job done that should have taken a week.DONT USE THEM - if you do, it is your own fault.

They the worst company I have ever seen. Part of the cabinets they installed don't even open because you cant get your fingers in between them to open. . After waiting since last May for them to do something this is a nightmare. 2 of the drawers they put in fell apart. They billed our insurance for alot of stuff they didn't do and already got paid for it. They are not going to get away with it. The worst thing is they don't even care how they made us live in such inconvenience for months. I have 2 ****** kids in my home and a 4 year old. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any company.

I cannot say enough nice things about Quick Restore LLC. We had **** help us in a very urgent situation that was going to require us to fork up a large chunk of money for us and put it into escrow for the sale of our home. **** came out the day we called him after our plumbing in our kitchen was leaking the day before we were supposed to close on our house. **** went above and beyond for us in order to still close on the sale of our home that same week. Thank you for being so proactive, timely, patient, and kind. You never once were rude to me at the amount of urgency I was putting on you to try and get the job done quickly so we could still close on our home purchase after selling this one. Thank you for stepping up and getting this job done so quickly and for helping make it a smooth process. We really appreciate you, ****, and your help!!! We will always recommend you and your services. Thanks Quick Restore LLC!

I am very pleased with ******************* and **** and Quick Restore located in the ***** area. They were always aware of progress and the needs necessary to complete the job and both were very responsive to every question or requests that I made. I am happy with the final results of all of the repairs.
