      So impressed with Quick Restore! My water heater leaked inside one of my rooms. They helped me create a claim with my homeowners insurance. Assured me the whole way! The people i want to recognize for their great customer service the first project manager for the cleanup ( i do not have his name) then it was ****** then *****! And all the people working with them on my cleanup. Always on time or earlier and would call to let me know their ETA. The movers that boxed up all my stuff out of the room were fantastic! Absolutely wonderful!

      Quick Restore is the best. They organized my wall hanging leaking toilet repair which included dry wall replacement within 30 days . ******. *** and ***** kept me informed during each step of the remodel and gave me so much peace of mind. So much easier than trying to find a reputable contractor!! In addition to excellent work they had a cleanup crew that left not a trace of debris or dirt behind. If you have to go thru an emergency make sure you call QUICK RESTORE..

      My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the entire team at Quick restore. They went above and beyond to take care of our restoration and did it with kindness and professionalism.Larry, ***** *****, all of their teams of workers. Especially ******, a big thank you to you all.Very hard working team! I would highly recomend them to anyone.******

      This 5 star review is directed towards Project manager, *******************, who deserves it for his exceptional help during this process. He took great pride in making sure the job was done correctly and consulted the appropriate people when needed to ensure proper completion. He was a pleasure to interact with. As far as the company, I have reservations with using them in the future due to poor communication throughout the process in which I had to reach out for updates to ensure progress. If it wasnt for ****, I would probably provide a 2/5 star rating.

      Buyer beware. My recent experience includes an aggressive billing team, charged for work not completed, shoddy repair work, and a giant mess left behind. After $30k in for a minor bathroom repair I was left with two leaking sinks, a leaking toilet, and a giant mess to clean up. Be cautious when signing paperwork to ensure you arent signing over your benefits to an aggressive 3rd party agency disguised as its so we can work with your insurance. PLEASE be warned.

      We called ***** when we found mold underneath our flooring as we were remodeling our flooring. ***** was quick to get us in touch with ***. *** came out and was kind, professional, honest and efficient in his work. He eliminated the mold area right away. We will 10/10 call them if we ever need help with our home again in the future. Great place.

      Scamming and unethical company that took advantage of the trusty and inexperienced person. It started with the plumber, who probably gets the cut of the deal, who created this emergency that makes you believe that you must take their mitigation company referral. QR then aggressively pushed me to start the process of mitigation and assured me that they would handle all the costs with the insurance company and would not charge anything that was not approved. Once I signed the document they trapped me. They refused to provide estimates during the entire process. They threw away parts that were not supposed. They did not apologize or reimburse the damage. They used extremely filthy equipment. They were adamant that they would never charge me above the insurance-approved amount but continued to refuse to provide me with the estimate. After being paid the full amount of insurance approved they are asking me for an additional $2000 of my funds. They made me believe that it was the insurance's fault and purposely created an abrasion between the adjustor and me. They exhorted $1000 of my deductible from me that was supposed to go to the repair company, not QR who did mitigation.. They got paid $1000 above the approved amount and still want an additional $2000 for a gross total of over $9000 for treating approximately 3x2x1 ft area ( this DOES NOT include the cost of rebuilding done by another company). I have tried to communicate with the manager but I was pretty much dismissed. I do believe that they target specific populations to take advantage of and provide worse service.

      This company was the last to work on my home which had been several weeks getting an old sewer system replaced. I was out of patience from weeks of looking at torn up yard and concrete. QR did a marvelous job renovating my torn up bathroom. It looks like an intentional remodel! Wonderful to see such attention paid to putting my home back together after the plumbers plowed through. Besides the excellent work they handled all paperwork with my insurance company. I highly recommend them.
