      Certified Roofing did a great job installing the beautiful new roof but Mrs. *********************** who I give 5 stars from the beginning of the process in assuring I selected the the right roofing to the very details of everything being done in the most excellent manner. She was there from beginning to end. She made everything stress free in the mist of all the life challenges I was faced with during the process. Thank you all for a job well done

      Im very happy and satisfied with ******* replacement. Certified roofing did a phenomenal job!!! The whole process was seamless! From start to finish only took about a month! Timely and efficiently. My house looks brand new! ***, ******* and team exceeded my expectations!! Great job! I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

      Hello, I had a roof replaced by this company and I was promised if I needed any service calls that I would be covered for up to 2 years. I started calling last December and spoke to one of the agents and I requested a service call for a small leak that I had in my kitchen above the stove top range, it had begun leaking there when we had heavy rain. I was told I would be set up for a service call, but it was explained it would probably be after the holidays, which I understood and was fine with but since then I have probably called 5 or 6 times for a service call and get confirmed that I am on the service call list then asked by the agent had the technician contacted me. Fast forward still to this day I haven't received a service call nor have a technician contacted me. The sales agent who came out and represented this company represented the company as a 5-star company, but I have not received 5-star service.
