    Lead Forensics has been a HUGE asset to our company. Because of this technology, we have gained more customers and continue to do so; in fact, one of the customers we now have as a result of Lead Forensics was such a huge win in terms of revenue that the whole company was notified within minutes of closing the deal, and we are all celebrating that victory to this day! The information we receive from Lead Forensics is so valuable, and it provides an extra avenue for us to reach out to potential customers. The return on investment has been well worth it, and we use this technology as a major part of our everyday operations. ******* is our Customer Success Manager, and she has been extremely helpful and an ************ to work with. Its an extra bonus to know that anytime we have questions, we know that were going to interact with someone as pleasant as her who we know we can count on.

    Contract trap, this company uses the unscrupulous method of the old "Fine print" technique. at the top of our contract it very clearly lists "Length of the agreement;1) This contract commences 13/08/2021 and concludes on 31/08/2022 "however close to 100 lines later you will find a line that reads "If no written notice is provided by the Customer to ********************** this Agreement shall continue for a further period of 12 months from 01/09/2022 and shall continue to do so every 12 months thereafter (each 12 months a Renewal Period)."ofcourse they dont send the next invoice until it has past this period giving you no chance to exit the agreement on the date it listed it would conclude.As part of their explanation they say as the contract rolled over they have already spent 70% of the contract price to pay (in advance apparently) for hosting and a number of other costs. We all know this is a bold faced lie considering they initially offer more than a 30% discount to try and hook you initially and the thought that they would pay to provide you a service is farcical and quite disshonest .In addition as we are an ********** business they dodnt seem to have good data as a large percentage of our web site visitors are unlisted as their database obviously isnt good for *********, I can only assume it must be better for ****** where they are based.No wonder their average rating is 1, I guess because 0 is not available. I am notfying all LF users I know (it was actually recomended to us by a supplier who I bet are not aware of the exit clause until now) and also complaining to the **** and Ombudsman in ********* so they will be known and *********** will know.I do feel al ittle sorry for their sales/support staff and some seems nice but you need to think about someone who works for a company that employs these tactics as they all must know Bad Dodgy and shody
