    I attended cascade skating rink on 4/17/2024 I had my property stolen on their premises I approached security and the manager of the skate shop at the time to let them know who stole my glasses they refused to search the person even though the search people coming in and also they have metal detectors I informed the staff and owner that I had a witness who saw the theft take place they refuse to search this person for my glasses I even tried to approach the owner who told me he doesnt speak to customers which was very rude cascade negligence and refusal to properly handle this matter cost me a 400 dollar pair of glasses I was so upset they told me I had to leave and not the person who stole my glasses they are responsible for my stolen glasses which came up missing on the property if the had did their job correctly my glasses would have been returned to me

    I spent about $500 at this place of business and the owner was rude, disrespectful and does not know how to treat customers. I informed him that I felt he was being disrespectful and he said that he did not care. I explained to him that the party package I paid for was suppose to include more than what was given to me, and I felt as if I got ripped off.

All of our staff members are trained to be helpful, respectful, and courteous, and sincerely apologize if that did not come across to you that way. We have looked through our records and cannot find an invoice or a receipt for your party. Are you sure that you booked with us? If so, please contact us with your proof of purchase. We would like to make it up to you, within reason, if you actually had a bad experience with us. Hope to hear from you soon.
