    On 12/28/2024, I was at Cascade for the RnB session from 11:30pm-2:30am and my car window was smashed between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. I was parked up front. I have a Camaro and the Mercedes parked next to my car was also smashed.There was supposedly "security walking around the parking lot when my vehicle got vandalized. They took a bag with expensive perfume out of my car and they stole a purse out of the other vehicle.When the police arrived, the manager on duty, ************ said that she would not reimburse us for our cars being broken into on Cascade's property, with security. The manager had a lackluster attitude and it took her almost an hour to come outside to talk with us. The police officer had to come get her out of the building to speak with us. She would not even refund us our admission. She did not even walk out to see the damage to our vehicles. She did not even offer an apology for what happened to our cars on Cascade's property.I am writing this review to warn anyone thinking of driving any car to Cascade not to do it. My car was parked up front with security, supposedly, watching the parking lot and my window was still smashed. This establishment does not value its customers or the safety of our valuables while parked on THEIR property.Find a better skating rink with management who cares about the safety of their customers.

    The owner of Cascade Family Skating *************************** does not ***e about paying customers and their safety on the rink floor and outside of the rink. *************************** does not take ***e of the rink floor and properly clean it. On 3/20/24 police reports were made that ten ***s had been broken into on the property while security was present. *************************** was told verbally about the incidents after discovery and he chose to leave the property while customers waited for police reports. A security officer *** was also apparently broken into as well in front of the building. *************************** also has people at the top of his property claiming to be security and charging for parking in the main lot only for ***s to be broken into. I rate this business a -10 they do not follow with customers regarding incidents that happen on their property.
