      After paying the fee, both phone numbers for the business have been disconnected, email inquiries have not been responded to, and the company website no longer works.

      We paid this business to advertise and sell our timeshare, a few months after paying them $1200 via AAA **** credit card their phone was disconnected and there is no way to get in touch with them.

      Baytree Solutions charged me $1500 to sell my timeshare with a money back guarantee if they couldn't sell it. I have tried to contact them to get my money back but all of their phone numbers are no longer in service!

      On August 30, 2024 we paid $1600 for Bay Tree Solutions to sell our time share. We were led to believe it would sell quickly, but not guaranteed. Since the time we signed the paperwork and sent the $1600, I have been unable to reach anyone at this company. None of the numbers listed on our documentation or online are in service. I feel as though we were scammed. We are almost to the point of seeking legal advice as to our next steps.

      Paid Bay Tree Solutions. **** (****) to market my timeshares and deliver reasonable service. **** is no longer responding to communications. Phone numbers associated with the company appear disconnected. Reasonable communication is expected in any business transaction and ******** has failed to deliver.

      I paid the company $1,000 to market my timeshare for sale.... they never did anything and now there phone number and email addresses are not operational

      We entered into an agreement with Bay Tree Solutions on July 12, 2024 with the understanding that they guaranteed a sell of our timeshare within 3 months. We have not received anything from them since the day we paid our money. We have called several times and left voicemail message and emailed with no response back. All the numbers are no longer in service. We called ************ and 2 other numbers with a message that the numbers are no longer in service. We believe that we have been scammed!

      I have a timeshare listing with this company for two years with no activity and I have been trying to communicate with them for a month to reduce the price but there is no way to communicate with them now. I get no responses from client services general email address and no response from the contact I have been talking to this whole time. Also, their phones numbers are not working. I want to discontinue my service with them and ask to remove my timeshare property from their website so we can list with another company.

      Bayttee solutions was recommended by Grand Timbers resort as a third party agency that might be able to sell our timeshare at *************, located in ************, ***I contacted them on 3/28/24 and spoke with a ****** *******. He explained how they work; that they take $1500 up front and would advertise our time share until it sold.He seemed knowledgeable, spent approximately an hour on the phone with my husband and me explaining how other brokers work and the advantages of working with Baytree.I contacted them again on August 1st, 2024 as there had been no ******* that time I spoke with **** ********, who suggested we drop out asking price 10%.It was $28,900 on their recommendation and we lowered it to $26 000 and they said it would be one of their featured properties until the end of the year.Since the end of the year fast approachs, I have been trying to contact them since mid-October.All numbers are disconnected and there has been no response to my on-line query to Baytree Solutions.
