      I entered into a contract with Bay Tree Solutions on 09/09/2016 to promote and market the sell of my timeshare. I was charged a $900 marketing fee. Per my contract "The Bay Tree Solutions marketing program is designed to help you sell your timeshare within ninety (90) days. If your timeshare is not sold within 90 days, we will continue marketing at our expense UNTIL sold." Since 2016, I have reached out several times to initiate price adjustments to my listings. However, most recently, I have attempted to reach out by phone, email, and through their website's contact us form and for the past month, I have not heard back from anyone. Even more concerning, their website is still posted, listings are still active on the site, yet their telephone number is no longer in service and again, noone responds to emails or through the contact us form.

      Date of the transaction: April 27, 2024 Amount Paid: $1,200 What the business committed to provide you: Bay Tree Solutions will advertise and market my timeshare for a period of 90 days. If my property has not sold within 90 days, Bay Tree Solutions will automatically renew my marketing at no cost to me until sold. I understand that during this time, if my timeshare is sold by me or another company, within 50% of the above advertised price, I am to provide Bay Tree Solutions with proof of sale, and Bay Tree Solutions will refund my marketing fee in full.The nature of the dispute: Bay Tree Solutions phone numbers no longer work, they will not answer emails, and if they do not answer (or monitor) any communications they are not actively attempting to sell our timeshare.The business has not responded to emails and phone numbers are no longer operational.The advertisement has been active on their website but they do not have any means to contact them for a potential buyer to attempt to sell.

      This was a contract that was made, I pa $1400 for this company to sell my time share.I have a signed contract and now the company has not returned.Any of my emails or calls come to find out they went out of business

      On 10/1/24- We entered an agreement with Bay Tree Solutions to list our timeshare for sale- Here is the link to the property advertisement: ************************************************************************************************************ On 10/21/24- We emailed 2 times to follow-up regarding our listing. We were requesting an update on some of the pictures, and additional information to describe the benefits of the timeshare. In addition, we had a couple of clarification questions we wanted to ask. On 10/24/24- We called *************** and sent a follow-up email because we had no response to the email on 10/21. The *************** line voicemail box is full and not able to record a message. In addition, we have left **** ******, the sales associate, a direct voicemail on his extension. We kindly asked for someone to follow-up with us so we can actively work together to sell our timeshare points. On 10/25/24- We again attempted to call with no success. I emailed the 3 individuals who were connected with our listing with Bay Tree Solutions to information them that on Monday, October 28, we would move forward with filing a BBB report to request assistance. Both the Bay Tree Solutions *************** voicemail and **** ****** voicemail indicate the following- "we will respond at our earliest convenience" and to date, we have not been contacted. We invested $1600 upfront to work with Bay Tree Solutions and were initially impressed by their apparent professionalism and support. This is a disappointing and unsettling situation a few weeks into our agreement.
