    On January 3rd 2022, I was contacted by DGI TITLE & CLOSING, in consideration of their company handling the International transaction to sell my vacation property with Diamond Resort. On January 4th 2022, *******************************, A Junior Executive of DGI title & closing emailed me the contract and amendment. After careful review I signed and emailed it back to them. Since then I have been working with ********************* and *********************** Senior Escrow officer. They have been in constant communication with me through phone calls and e-mails. They have also requested several money transactions such as past due payment $10,257.85, maintenance fees $11,988.00, taxes $3,315.00, insurance $21,257.85, closing cost ******** and other title related cost $10,844. Which DGI title & closing claimed MUST be paid in full BEFORE the transaction can go to closing and the money be release by the government. On April 21st 2023, after making all requested payments in full I was informed by *********************** that the funds has been released and will be posted to my account within 5 to 7 business days. As of today May 29th 2023 I have not received any payment from DGI Title & closing, despite numerous attempts of phone calls and emails no one from DGI have reached out to me or updated me, it seems as though emails has been blocked and phone lines disconnected. I am hoping BBB will help resolve this issue and recover my money. For further information please contact me at ****************** Thank you.
