DGI To describe this company one word SCAM! Presentation goes as follows: Have a buyer in ****** to buy your time share. We need no money from you. Buyer pays all costs. Nothing but lies a week later they need $75,000 and it keeps going. They are liars crooks and should have been put out of business a long time ago I am warning you do not be foolish like my husband was. If you need more information contact me at ****** 101 @ aol.com. Will be happy to share in detail.

After working with the company for about 9 months I am no longer able to get in touch with them. All of their phone numbers are no longer in service and their website is no longer accessible. Also, they have not responded to my emails.

THIS AGENCY STATES IT HAS PEOPLE IN ****** WHO WANT TO BUY YOUR TIMESHARE AT A GOOD PRICE WHICH SOUNDED UNTRUE UNTIL WILL BEGAN THE PROCESS i.e Asking for two forms of ID: copies of deed to timeshare: many forms which needed to be signed: having me set up a separate bank account to receive the funds and THEN-they wanted an upfront fee of $3,350.00 to be paid in advance of my receiving the $44.000.00 as promised, i asked why the fee of $3,350.00 is not taken out of the $44,000.00 and they had no answer but to say: we will send this to legal . I await a call after two weeks from legal and can say this is an out right SCAM.

Thanks for your nice review ********************, As you state, we strongly suggest to all our customers to open a separate bank account for security measures, in order for nobody get access to their regular banking information. The 3 forms that you read and signed were to open up your escrow/trust account and to register you as a foreign investor. We never sent you a bill from our company requesting any upfront fee, as you were billed directly from the ****************** in order to register you just as you are registered here with the **** As many times we explained by email and phone. We also explained that this can not be taken out of the trust fund account and the reason being has been disclosed to you multiple times, as this is not a real estate transaction. The legal department is preparing your breach of contract notice as we have been calling you with no success and you haven't been replying to none of our emails for 35 days now, as our client instructed us to keep insisting to get your membership but it seems that your refuse to resolve or settle, and you continue to fall under incompliance of the contracted agreed terms of the transaction. Have a Nice day. *********************
