They forced me to pay $75. There is no clear sign saying pay before you leave your car. It is a ploy so you wait to pay and they get to steal $75. We went to the parking lot on Sunday, 3/5/2023 and 1st tried to access to pay using their scan code - didnt work. Then we tried using the text feature, which also did not work. Then we tried downloading the app to pay, which did not work. I have used this lot several times in the past and I had to go into the coffee shop and use their wifi to pay. No big deal. I decided to do the same. The coffee shop was busy, so we had to wait a long time for a table and the service was slow. We loaded the app to pay and needed my license plate, forgot that I didnt have it with me. When we went out to the car to pay by entering my license, we had already been booted and fined. They didnt give us a chance to pay. They were out there like vultures booting people left and right after they tried paying outside. It was a good place to park and now it is a scam to force you to pay a $75 fine! I want a refund.

We were charged $75 because a boot was placed on our vehicle due to failure to pay the parking fee. However, we did pay the parking fee for both vehicles for the same day. We were told we had to pay and submit a report to have our fee refunded. We submitted the form along with a screenshot showing proof of payment for 2x the daily amount but for a single day and the response we received was that we should have done it in two transactions on the app. However, since the app allowed us to pay for two vehicles at the same time, we do not think we should be charged a boot fee. The parking was paid for, it isn't our responsibility that the app then only reports one of the license plate numbers to the ******************** company. (Attached: My email correspondance with the company along with the screenshot sent and referred to in my first submission to them.)

My car was booted because it was outside of the lines into a spot that had a portapotty in it. My car was parked in the middle of 2 cars. 1 spot beside me had a portapotty in it and the other spot beside me had a car completely double parked into my spot. I had a class to catch and there was no other parking in the garage at the time. I was to park in that garage for my class.

Reaching out due to an issue with Advance Booting LLC, a booting company that has been sued previously by The *********************************.On Feb 18, 2023 I parked to at **** apartments to eat at ******. I paid the parking meter and put the ticket in the window that night. The main gates were up and the residential gates were also up (secondary gates to a resident area of the garage).Due to all the gates being broken I paid anyway just to be safe it was very confusing, many people were walking around not sure where to park and whether they should pay or not pay. After dinner, I came out to a booted vehicle after having paid. There were over 15 cars booted. I found it very suspicious that so many cars were broken into and also booted, how would the booting company not see the break-ins when they were booting such a high volume of vehicles. There was no conspicuous signage for patrons to tell the difference between where they could park when they paid the meter inside the garage. The gates being open at every entrance provided no indication that there was a specific residential area vs guest as the gates were up, broken, and the entrances were not blocked while the gates were not operational. After walking around I realized the private property sign was not clear and conspicuous at the entrance of the residence gate because its on the front of the gate, but the gate was up, facing the roof of the garage, thus not visible for anyone to see. I asked advanced booting llc to refund me but they refused, thus Im raising the issue to all parties possible to ensure there is restitution for myself and hopefully the others that were booted, and the ones that were booted and broken into, this booting service should be investigated.I took many photos and video showing all entrances of the entire 935 parking garage being open, broken or both, which the Advanced Booting Services took advantage of in a predatory manor, knowing the blatant and clear confusion it would cause.

I am a resident of *************** Condos. Advanced Booting has a contract to enforce proper parking in our lot. On 2/1/23, my guest had a legitimate, dated parking pass on their dashboard and their car was booted anyway.I asked the Advanced Booting representative at the scene why he'd booted my guest's car and he stated it's because the End Date field was not filled out and that if I "had bothered to read the parking pass" I would see it says the form has to be completely filled out. That is in fact NOT TRUE. I've uploaded a copy of the parking pass. The pass states clearly that it expires "Today's date plus no more than (2) calendars days later..." The end date really doesn't matter. In the Instructions for Use there is ZERO reference to having to fill out that field completely. I tried to show the pass to the Advanced Booting representative and he refused to read it or even look at it. If he were legitimately enforcing what we hired the company for, which is to prevent non-guest and non-residents from using our lot, it would have been clear it was a simple misunderstanding and the boot could be removed.Instead, it was very clear this was a legitimate guest using a legitimate pass and the Advanced Booting representative's actions were simply predatory booting. We were forced to pay $75 in the moment so my guest could go home. I've contacted the business via their dispute form and they have not yet resolved the issue. Even if they do, the actions of the representative were still improper and predatory.Additionally, one of my neighbors was booted the same evening for his bumper being slightly over the painted line of the parking space in front of his condo. That has never been enforced before and is NOT what we hired the company to do. It's another example of predatory practice by the same representative. The immobilization receipt number is *****. The representative's name is not legible on the receipt and he was not wearing visible identification.

??I am writing to register a complaint against the Advanced Booting Services, inc. And maybe the public parking garage at about 900 block of **************. I am enclosing some pictures and as you can see, the space I was parked in, had a sign that said future residents parking 9am -6pm. I was parked in this space at @bout 8-9 pm on 12/16/2022. There were about 3 other cars in a similar situation and all got booted. I think this shows that this was poor signage at best. I could not see any place to pay and there were no gates to give out tickets. It was later pointed out to me where a machine was located, but it had been hidden by the first car.I think this was totally unfair and just a way to make money ($75) and aggravate people. It seems like they do this a lot as when I pulled in every thing looked normal. But when I got ready to leave, I noticed that there were 3 or 4 other cars there that were booted. Something is wrong when this sort of thing happens often.

On New Years eve ( December 31st , 2022) our car was Unlawfully booted. At around 7:40 pm I had friends come to my apartment at ************* in west midtown *******. To get into my apartment all guests have to check in and get a parking pass from security. Once checked in we went in the parking garage and parked on the 5th floor ( visitors floor ) and also had to pay to park using the pay by phone website. We left the parking pass on the dashboard of the car and went inside. The next morning when walking my friends to the car we see that the car had a boot on it and were very confused as to why because we did everything right to prevent this. Once we get to the car a very rude worker that said her name was D from the booting company approached us saying that we had an improper parking pass which was not the case since we had paid for parking and received a pass from the front desk. After paying $75 for the boot removal we filed a dispute on the company website. The company then said the reason for our boot was because we parked over the line and sent an image of a car that was not mine. When the company realized they were wrong they tried to send a fake picture of an unclear car parked over the parking space lines saying that is was ours. This company is a scam and is very unlawful.

I parked in lot in *******. When I looked for the kiosk to pay it was out of service and taped and covered with plastic. The only option to pay was to have to download an app. So I proceeded to download the app as we were leaving the parking lot to go get a quick bite before our flight. It took a few minutes to download and having to set up an account and also set up Apple Pay Cash. As that was the only way to pay for parking no option to use a credit card was available. Finally paid for the full 12 hrs which was also the only option available even though I only needed an hour. After we came back from the restaurant my car was booted. We had only been gone for a total of one hour. I called the number and explained that I had paid for parking and should not have been booted. The guy says no. I said I have my receipt right here on my phone. He kept denying it. I asked him to double check. He finally checked and said yes o see it. But the. Refused to come unboot me unless I paid the 75$ fee instead of the the 45$ per GA law. My daughter had to catch a flight and we couldnt miss it dealing with this illegal activity. So I paid. There were no signs saying vehicles would be booted. And there was like maybe 6 cars on the whole parking lot. There was no parking manager name posted. And apparently after looking at reviews this company does this illegal practice with any repercussions. This needs to stop.

Paid for parking for 4 hours, but was booted anyway. Called ext 300 and when I say he was RUDE, its an understatement. Most people in the booting business are rude, but he was just plain nasty. Anybody who speaks to me and says period and is supposed to be in a professional setting, cant be trusted. He lied about his name and was extremely condescending in his tone. Then he had the nerve to be sarcastic. I said sir, I have receipts, he literally said I DONT CARE. Called and spoke to the manager ***************he tried but wasnt much help either. At least he wasnt rude but was still useless.
