      On 8/13/2022 at 8:03 My car was booted and I was ticked wrongfully. I was at Cheba Hut my parking passed ended at 9:02. Chance the *** Representative, told me I had a 15 mins grace ****** as well. My friend and I came out of Cheba Hut at 9:20pm. My car was already booted. He booted my car during the grace ******! The grace ****** he told US! Out his mouth! Especially if my time to leave was 9:02-9:03pm! We was waiting on our TO-GO order! That was in the 15 mins! My car was already booted which was unfair and this other Journalist car he booted as well. Its unfair I KNOW for a fact I deserve a refund. I can understand if it was 30 mins, even an hour, 2 hours. But my car getting booted in the 15 minute grace ****** ****** stated?? Doesnt make any sense. I contacted the business the manager said my car was booted at 8:03. My meter was done at 9:03 that means they booted my car as soon as I got out the car! The restaurant Cheba Hut you suppose to park under the parking deck and also they have a free hour pass. I cant park in Thumbs Up Diner parking lot I wouldve got towed!

      Today, on August 16, 2022 my car was booted off ********* and *********** across from ************ I was confused about why my car was booted because I paid on park mobile (receipt attached) and still had 10 hours left. I noticed that I paid for parking, but it was my first license plate (same car) instead of my new plate from my recent move. I called the number on the boot sticker and inquired about my options given the mix up and the man on the receiving line, who told me his name was ***************, immediately started talking over me and would not direct me in my next steps. Then, as I continued to ask my question, he hung up on mid sentence. I called again, and he hung up on me again. I was outside with my family in 90 degree weather and needed someone to come take the boot off so that I could go back to work. I went to ****** to look up the company and noticed that this company has almost 200 one star reviews for this behavior. This was completely unacceptable and infuriating.

      Extremely rude customer ********************** - falsely claimed driver would be right back and when I called to request a callback after waiting 30 mins in the midday heat, rude asked me drink some water

      I was booted immediately after arrival and before I could finish setting up my app and paying. I did still pay for parking though and then was charged to get a boot off ($75) The signs telling you how to pay for parking were not visible and I had to find one first. Between parking, getting booted, and paying was only a 6 minute gap.

      I parked at the 17 ***** St. lot for the Primerica Convention from June 30 2022 to July 2, 2022. It should have been a red flag when the receipt said " DO NOT LEAVE TICKET ON DASHBOARD." Each day I paid at the ticket machine in the lot with my debit card. I was booted twice during this time and had a receipt. My time had not expired either time. On my last day which was July 2, 2022 , my ticket expired at 11:41 am. I had to check out the hotel by 11:00 am. I requested a reminder from the company before my expiration time. Upon arriving to my car around 11:20am, to my surprise, I had another boot! I went around the lot and took pictures of some of the other cars that had boots. I also spoke with a gentleman from out of town and he stated that when he arrived at the lot that morning, it was about 5 cars on the row where he parked that had boots. Surely all of these cars were not booted legally. I did not pay to have the boot removed because I produced my paid ticket. It was an inconvenience to have to wait for their driver to come and take the boot off. On the second, I had to get my friend to the airport for a 1:00 pm flight.
