I signed up for new service over a month ago and paid. I have yet to receive a trash can or new service. I've called 2 different numbers for them and only get their voicemail and no callback. I also filled out the form on their website and still no contact. At this point I would like my money back and I will find a new sanitation company.Initial Complaint

I paid my $75 payment for trash and my trash has still not been picked up. I called and sent an email of the trash people NOT picking up. I sent them emails and proof of video of Fulton Sanitation NOT getting my trash. I called and was told somebody would come get my trash.Initial Complaint

This company has missed three weeks of trash pick up recently. Prior months it has missed some weeks as well. I finally had enough and switched to another trash servicer. I have sent emails and called multiple times and left messages trying to cancel service. Someone finally called me back today and said well ******* will be the last service date, I said no ma'am it was almost a month ago. I tried to call and no one has answered calls or emails. Starting the week of January 30th 2023 our scheduled weekly trash pickup was not completed. The company is sometimes on delay so we waited a few days before calling to inquire. Left multiple messages during week of Feb 6, but Thursday pickup was missed again. Continued to call almost daily asking for an update or expected service dates. Eventually the phone recording changed to indicate that they were on a delay and trash pickups would be 1-2 days late. This is already after 2 weeks missed pickup. Again this week commencing Feb 13 and no pickup, no return calls. At this point I will need to contract with a different company to have our trash picked up. we have nowhere to store backup of trash and is becoming a sanitary concern. The entire street I live must be experiencing same issue as trash bins are still on the street and many are now overflowing. Because I cannot get in contact with the company after leaving at least 7 messages with no response, I'm unable to cancel my service with Fulton Sanitation. I have paid the quarterly invoice covering months of January, February, March with only service in the month of January. Seeking refund of prepaid quarterly fees for the months of February and March.Initial Complaint

The last time my trash got picked up by Fulton Sanitation, operated by ***** was on Thursday, January 19, 2023 today is Tuesday, February 14, 2023 and when I called the business I dont get a answer or a callback. I have to keep calling over ten times to at least get a answer machine and no one ever return my calls. Im sending you this email. Just like my voicemail said if my trash does not get picked up on Thursday. February 16, 2023 I need a full refund of my balance remaining on my account. Im not getting the service that I pay for this quarter. I need my credit and account cancel and the invoice also instructions on how I return the trashcan? The company has not picked up my trash in 2 and a half weeks. Ive prepaid for 3 months of service for my trash to get picked up weekly and it is not being done. Ive called everyday for the past 2 weeks and nobody answers the phone! *** left several voicemails asking for a callback and I have yet to receive one. I used Fulton Sanitation to collect my trash and they have not picked up the trash in my community in 2 and 1/2 weeks. I have paid for service and I cannot get in contact with the office via phone or email. They have not contacted anyone or provided any information regarding the lapse in service Additionally, my community is now over flowing with trash since our trash has not been collected.
