      Fulton Sanitataion has not picked up my trash in 2 weeks. (Feb 2nd & 9th) This is going on the third week and they are not answering the phones or returning any messages. I've even sent emails. I paid my quarterly bill of $75 on 1.18.23. This is not the first time that this has happened. They do this often and then have an unpleasant attitude when you finally get in touch w/someone who has nothing but excuses. I have set up service w/a new vendor and I have been trying to get in touch w/them to cancel my service (which they say can only be done by phone) to no avail. I don't want to be charged for any more pickups and I want a refund issued. The service is horrible, the customer service is horrible and I am dissatisfied. I want people to know how incompetent this company is and they should not use their service.

      I engaged Fulton Sanitation in December, 2022, for trash pickup. Theyve only picked up my trash twice. They missed a total of 4 weeks. I tried calling them and theres never a person to talk to only their voicemail. When you leave messages they never call you back. This is the worst service Ive ever had. Many people have posted complaints about this company on NextDoor. I called last week and they said that they would pick up the trash on various alternate days. They were suppose to pick it up on Saturday (2/11/23) for Thursday regular pick up day, but they never did. They took my money and dont care about picking up the trash. My trash is accumulating and thats disgusting and now I have to pay someone to remove it.

      Fulton Sanitation has not picked up trash in over two weeks. They have poor communication and refuse to answer their phone. All services are paid for in advance (quarterly), so they have our money, but have not completed the service. Fulton Sanitation currently has a recorded message on their phone dated 2/8/2023 stating that they are only two days behind, but that is not true. They have not picked up any trash in the City of South Fulton in over two weeks, nor have they picked up on the dates in their recorded message.

      1. I paid $287.25 on 1/16/23 to cover the annual service. 2. My pickup day is Tuesday. 3. Trash was not picked up on Tuesday, 1/31/23.4. I called the company on Monday, 2/6/23 to ensure there would be a pickup on Tuesday, 2/7/23. No one answered the call, so I left a voicemail. No one returned the call even the voicemail says the call will be returned within 24 - 48 hours.5. I subsequently left voicemails on Wed, 2/8/23 and Thurs, 2/9/23. The voicemail message was updated at some point to revise the dates of pickup this week. Tuesday pickups were rescheduled to Thursday. Today is Friday, 2/10/23. Trash was not picked up yesterday.6. I have called three times today (2/10/23). I get voicemail every time. No one has returned any of the calls I have made all week.

      Company doesnt collect trash on schedule pick up times! My trash hasnt been collected in 3 weeks causing me to have to bring bags back inside so the animals wont get the trash! I am currently paying for 2 trash cans! No service

      UPDATE: After calling 35 times I finally was able to speak with someone. They were not able to provide a reason as to why my trash was not picked up. Only that they are in the process of putting together a special route. They also stated a $6 credit will be applied. If your bill isnt paid by a certain date, they add an additional $15 to your bill. When I stated that my credit should be $15, and asked the lady if she thinks that is appropriate, she replied yes. I will be discontinuing my services effective immediately.My trash has not been picked up in almost a week now. I have called over 20 times and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Save your money, and do not switch to them.

      I originally contracted service with South Fulton Sanitation in 2019, paying the full annual amount for trash pickup by January 1st of each year. After paying for 2022 service ($219.45; Invoice *****) on 12/30/2021, I apprised South Fulton Sanitation on 03/13/2022 that I was moving away from Georgia as of 05/10/2022 and I requested a refund for the balance of my annual payment. I was told that I would receive a refund of $137.16. Although I have called and emailed this company numerous times and I have submitted 2 forwarding addresses over the last six months (a PO box address and street address), as of October 11, 2022, I still have not received my refund. I am puzzled by this clearly unethical approach to running a business and I am not sure what else I can do to get the money that I am owed (short of filing a lawsuit in small claims court).

Confirmed last day of services will be on 07/15/22 and trash can to be left within sight for pick up by company. Invoice received by email on 06/28/22 & balance of $0 per invoice with prorated service up to 07/15/22 included. I have a printed & electronic copy of invoice with $0 balance paid in full for cancellation of services *07/25/22*Called Business 5 times during day with no answer, left voicemail & no return call to follow up trash can not picked up (10 days since service discontinued at this point)*07/27/22*Called Business *************) 3 times during day with no answer & no return call to follow up on trash can pick up (12 days since service d/c'd at this point)*07/29/22*Called Business 3 times during day with no answer, left voicemail & no return call follow up on trash can pick up (14 days since service d/c'd at this point)*08/03/22*Called Business 3 times during day with no answer, left voicemail & no return call follow up on trash can pick up (19 days since service d/c'd at this point)*08/08/22*Called Business 2 times during day with no answer &upon third call spoke with female rep. ***** when can would be picked up as it was almost a month after service was terminated. Stated she would send a message to the lady who arranges pick of the trash cans and remind her that can needed to be retrieved. Also asked female rep to confirm that account was $0 balance. Then state there was a balance & threatened would be sent to collections. Informed rep that balance was $0 & paid, Stated she saw a balance. ***** 3 times to speak with billing rep, she refused & said she'd send a message. Informed her again that had printed confirmation of balance paid in full. Stated would send and invoice by end of business day. No invoice received. I Want can picked up and off my property asap (Live in HOA ********** *************** of $0. This is credit ******************** at best.
