      Once they get your phone number they will call you weekly from a different numbers so you can't block them and they will not remove you from their list. Incredibly frustrating seeing as my company does not engage with freight shipments more than twice a year and due to their incessant calling we certainly won't be working with them again.

      We hauled a load from ****** to ********** for Nolan and got delayed at the delivery site for 3 Days, because their crane broke down and the customer would not call another crane to unload the 8 trucks sitting there. Nolan transport did NOTHING to expedite the situation or bring any pressure to their customer. then to add insult to injury only offered $250. per day in compensation for holding our driver and $300,000. tractor trailer hostage for 3 days. resulting in substantial loss of revenue loss for us and causing our other customer a 3 day delay for their shipment. .

      *******, broker that i worked with was very good to work with. He managed to offer me a fair rate for the work that was completed and relayed communication very effectively. Because of this past experience i will more than likely work with nolan transportation again .

      I hope someone can help me there. I have never taken a load at Nolan Transportation. I have been in business for almost 3 years. I have no tickets, I have not ever used my insurance. I have never been to court over any instance with my truck. But for some reason that I dont know about , I am blacklisted with this company . My DOT # *******. I hope someone will let me know whats going on.

      I started my MC in January and it became active in February. I waited 60 days to get active with NTG only to get blacklisted after two loads due to my sister knowing someone who had a prior issue. This has nothing to do with my company or myself. Im completely separate from them and I do not know them personally. I was told I would be paid today on May 29, 2024 for two loads that delivered last week and now Im being told theyve filed a claim so now I will not be paid? This is completely fraudulent and unjust especially if Im not being told why a claim has been filed and there was no damage noted once the load had been delivered. *** worked too hard to lose out on money due to issues with a company that isnt in any shape form or fashion affiliated with me.

      DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY - Although the NTG website and sales staff claim that their shipments are insured for $100,000 each, NTG does not pay their insurance claims. We are furniture manufacturer in ********* and have shipped freight daily during the last 40 years. We have much experience with hundreds of carriers, and with freight insurance, and with the occasional damage. In July of 2023, NTG picked up and order from our factory. This was an important and expensive shipment, so we purchased additional insurance from NTG in the event of any problems. Unfortunately, the NTG driver accidentally dropped a heavy cabinet from the back end of the truck during the delivery. There were many witnesses to the accident, photos were taken of the damage, the cabinet was completely destroyed, and the damage was noted on the **** There is no more clear case of liability on the part of NTG and their carrier than in this case, with or without insurance. NTG did not respond to our many, many phone calls and emails for 10 months and refuses to honor our claim; our only recourse is to take them to court and to let others know. Insurance is only as good as the people who make you the promise. There are many other good and honest carriers in the business - DO NOT SHIP WITH NTG.

      This is the worst company! I will NEVER use them again. They were nice enough to get me in the door then continued to s**** me after I booked several loads with them. They charged me extra on every single load I did through them. On one load they charged me $2,000 over the agreed upon price. When some of my freight was damaged and I asked to file an insurance claim, they never sent me the forms. Still have not received them to this day. Horrible scammers and horrible people. Never use this company. I hope **************ng and ****** get what's coming to them.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they use unreliable local curriers!Last Friday, we unexpectedly had to get an envelope from our office in ********** over to ***** on the same day by 5 pm. By the time everything got set up and the driver arrived to pick up the envelope it was 1 pm. I explained that people were waiting for this package and it needed to be there by 5 pm and to contact me if he could not meet the deadline. The driver contacted the recipient around 5 pm and explained that he was running late and would definitely be there by 5:45 pm. At 6:30 pm I received a call from the recipient stating that the driver called him back and wanted to change the delivery to Saturday morning and was told absolutely not as employees were waiting for their paychecks. Then the driver turned his phone off. The recipient had to call the police to take care of 2 very unruly employees and I personally called the driver, explaining that we have cameras on our building and had his tag number and if the envelope was not delivered that I would send police to his home as he now knows there are paychecks in the envelope. 20 minutes later, he called me back and said he could make it there in 20 minutes. He arrived 30 minutes later in an Uber and did not tell us any reason for his tardiness.The following Monday I emailed NTG to explain the situation and to get refunded as the 4 hour planned trip had taken 7 & 1/2 hours and the driver showed up in an Uber. After 3 days, I asked him for an update and was told that the driver had a flat tire which caused the delay and that was why he came in an Uber. I am a woman and I can change a tire in less than 1/2 hour (not 3 & 1/2) and since the night was so heated back and forth with the driver, he would have explained that he had a flat tire. NTG says that the sales rep needed to reimburse us out of his own pocket on $100 of the $375 we paid which is completely unacceptable.

      After finishing my first and last load with Nolan Transportation Group, LLC, they refused to pay 2 hours of detention time as agreed on rate confirmation. The excuse is that my trailer doesn't meet the customer's requirements (and this is not true). My questions: Were those requirements in writing in this rate confirmation? If I contacted the broker 30 minutes before detention occurred why didn't they tell me about the supposed issue with the trailer? If you decide not to refuse the trailer you have to honor the whole agreement, or at least call me and make a deal with me, the owner.Why do you believe in what customers say over what carriers say? Do you have pics of what they say to take a unilateral decision? Don't you know the engines consume diesel, diesel is not free and why do I have to pay for it for an extra time?Or maybe starting loading late, having no ramp, and taking rest time was the real motive for this delay? However, the agreement is between brokers and carriers, that's why you are making money, and our agreement says detention starts after two hours. Please do not answer contact us because I tried many times to solve this issue and even requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and you ignored my request and even sent fake emails. Load # ******* You have to be serious about doing business and honor your own terms.

      NTG broker is fraud company, i booked a advanced load with Carrier Sales Rep: *********************** for date 8-31-2023 received the rate confirmation but after couple hours they emailed me that the load is canceled due to production issue! I said ok np.And after 2 hrs they posted another load going to same area/STATE so i called and book this Load # ******* with Carrier Sales Rep: ******************************** i drove 40 miles to pickup the load after couple hours they email me that the load is canceled because it was duplicate!!!I asked for TONU they refuse to pay the reason they told me that its advance booked !! Its very disappointing. in my openion this broker is playing games with Carriers they book the load with you then if they find another Carrier who haul for cheap they cancel and give it to them!!!Im going to file a complaint with FMCSA. Also i will claim on their insurance for TONU and for wasting my time
