      This company was hired to produce a trailer and due to extremely long delays and false information we have to cancel the service. The company has done this to other businesses in the ** and **.

      Customer ordered a design for custom flower trailer. Customer received design. Customer then did not have funds or did not wish to pursue final project - this is fine, but the design was still performed and delivered. Customer issued chargeback request to ******************* for the design she paid for. Credit card company reviewed case and rejected chargeback. Customer is upset and standard leaving bad reviews without basis, also under diferent names and accounts, in order to pressure company into giving her the design for free.

      Company management does not authorize this. Company has a lawyer review claim, lawyer confirms claim is baseless - customer likely aware as claim is not pressed in small claims court or other court only on review sites. 

      Frustrating situation but we will not give you a free design madam.

      Hired karpatia trucks, a custom retail truck builder, to custom build out a VW single cab. I have a deposit of $29,400 on 8/9/2022. The work was said to be completed April of 2023. 14 months later and the company has failed to even start the project, much less deliver the product agreed to. ******** excuses and run around. They have agreed to a refund but have failed to respond to correspondence regarding the refund and have yet to issue a single dollar back.
