    Have friends use this site to get deals to try out local places. They say its great, it just takes a while to receive vouchers (they used to be able to print immediately). I gave them a try and first time out, it just *****. The website would not complete my order for the digital vouchers, the screen would just go blank. I attempted 3 times total and then just gave up. The next day, my card pinged for all 3 purchases, so I logged in to see if my vouchers were there and it says no order found. I never received email confirmation either. I emailed support and was told it was just temporary, and the charges would fall off. They didn't, I've emaied repeatedly as there is no phone # for customer support. I've received no response and now am out several hundred dollars as each one went through for $167. I'm now going to have to take the time to fight with my cc company. won't try sweet deals again

    I purchased gift cards which never worked. I contacted incentRev with the issue...2 MONTHS AGO! Still no resolution! they keep on sending me an email asking me to "BEAR WITH THEM WHILE THEY WORK ON RESOLVE THIS FOR ME". Acting like its MY issue and they are doing ME a favor! Terrible Company with Incompetent employees.

    I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. This company is awful. I paid for a gift card and never received a confirmation email or order number. I've tried several times to contact them and never got an email back to resolve the issue. Instead, they sent me a automated email saying they usually respond within **** business days. That's just bad business right there.They took my money and haven't done s*** If I could, I wouldn't even give them a star.

    They are out of federal legal requirements with their mass emails, in that the required "unsubscribe" takes one to a page that will not load.

    This is such a scam. The first time I ordered a certificate I received in a timely manner. A few weeks later I ordered another certificate and it never came. After many emails back and forth they said they would send me a replacement. Never came. Started inquiring again and after many emails back and forth they sent an email with the wrong address on it, this was after they had asked me to provide my address. My account and the previous purchase all have the correct address. This started another long list of emails and at one point they told me I hadn't ordered the certificate, despite them taking it out of my CC account. I asked for a refund and they said they had issued one....remains to be seen. I believe the endless emails back and forth is a tactic of this company. I will call the radio station and also the restaurant and let them know.

    These bums are spamming me everyday several times a day! I asked them to stop/unsubscribe me, but they persist. I want compensation for deleting their stupid emails everyday and for using up my data. Looking forward to a class-action lawsuit.

    I bought a $500 Gift Card for Travel on 9/23/22. The program behind the "gift card" is travelsavingsdollars.com. I went to the site to use my gift card. Basically, the value of the gift card is the amount of discount applied to the cost of the hotel room per the website. In reality, you can get the hotel room for a lower price on Expedia, or anywhere without paying for a gift card that causes you to pay more for the hotel room. My vouchers say money back guarantee. I emailed a couple of weeks ago with no response. I called 2 days ago and left a message with no response. I just threw away $25. This "$500 Gift Card" has no value. It will cause you to pay more for a hotel room than necessary.
