I wouldnt even give them one star. My sister and I bought 4 night 5 day in ******* and because we live in the same geographical region we can not visit with in 7 days of each other. I was told by the extremely rude person who I spoke with that wasnt on the rules and regulation requirements on 2 different documents I received but he assured me it was. Im still looking! It must be a hidden requirement because I cant find it even after going to the sweet deals website I bought this scam on. Be forewarned! Save your money.

it is very disappointing to use a vendor whose website times out whenever you try to purchase a voucher. Understanding the item can be popular, I do not appreciate entering my credit card info several times only for the website to kick me out, spinning or nothing happening. Being that your website cannot handle an influx of request, I wonder if my information is secure. I'm sure the television station that contracts with you can surely find another vendor.Sweetdeals.com

The nature of our promotions makes only a small quantity available at a time. They go on sale "first come, first served" as a reward to the valued audience of the station.
The system allows for multiple transactions within fractions of seconds of one another. Each week we process transactions for radio and television stations all over the country and see 100 certificates sell out in as little as 40 seconds in some cities.
Usually, a new deal is offered each week.Some sell out very quickly and others take a bit longer. We hope that you will take advantage of the promotions in the future!

I just purchased a package deal and the payment went through but never got an order number or confirmation in my email. Their is no phone number to call to get help, the chat line doesn't work. I only bought this deal because it was cheap, and its hard times out here. So I hope they reach out and refund my money ASAP if it isnt legit because that is not okay.Sweetdeals.com

If they had minus zero stars that's what I would have given for the Mystery box I purchased for $19.99 (at least a $75 value) total BS. I got a box of junk that was not worth a dollar. Best thing about it was I did get a total refund, so they do back up their salesSweetdeals.com

Ordered the mystery box that was supposed to have at least $75 worth of electronics, home goods, phone accessories and more. I received Vaseline, tape for artificial flowers, brown nail polish and some cheap bubblegum machine jewelry. Not at all what was advertised.
