  100% scam boxes! Charging an almost 30% fee when all other major platforms are charging about a 3% fee! There is no obvious signage stating such ridiculous fees and you do not have to accept the fees before moving forward with the transaction like you do using a normal USD ATM. This company needs to be eliminated and all future cryptocurrency ATMs need to be heavily regulated

  When a transaction is initiated at one of our kiosks, the amount of cryptocurrency that will be received in exchange for the amount of cash inserted is clearly displayed on the screen.   Too high of fees. It's highway robbery. For $200, fee was $50.I don't recommend it.

  Wet bad customer service they take ur money and charge up the. Arm for the feed. They have a hold for the 30$ I deposited because rheee machine went out of order

  Three places where I supposedly could use Bitcoin Depot to buy bitcoin. No one there knew what I was talking about. BD gathered my driver's license and photo as part of the registration. I feel kinda sick.

  This is ridiculous I went to the machine at 2:00 PM MDT and its now 7:41 PM MDT and nothing has been credited to my wallet. Not only the amount of time but the fees they charge is so high the transaction should only take a few minutes to hit the wallet now 5+ hours and as of now I am still waiting for it to show up. Last time Ill be using Bitcoin Depot.

  The customer alleged that he experienced a 5 hour delay in receiving the cryptocurrency that he purchased on or about 09/08/2022. As noted in the terms and conditions on our website at bitcoindepot.com/terms, all orders placed through any Bitcoin Depot Order entry system are taken on a best-efforts basis and any delays in the transmission or delivery are outside of our control. Our records indicate that the transaction in question did successfully post to the customers wallet in four hours / nine minutes. We regret that the customer's transaction may have been impacted and any inconvenience it may have caused.
