  My washer spin cycle stopped working it would not drain the water out of my clothes. I called City Boys R US to come fix the problem. they came out and did a diagnostic which cost $70.00. we talked on the phone, he said he will order some parts 0n 08-23-2023 to fix the problem, I agreed the total cost $390.64. Monday 08-28-2023 an employee of City Boys R US installed the parts.As he finished the work, he so called tested it. My daughter told me early Tuesday morning when I got off work that the washer is making a loud noise. I called City Boys R US and told them about it and would like a refund he stated we don't do refund and said test it for yourself. I tested my washer today Wednesday 08-30-2023 and my washer isn't working the spin cycle is not draining the water out of my clothes the washer is making a very, very loud noise.City Boys R US new that my washer was not fixed and refuse to come get their product back and give me a refund. they told me on the phone no refund. they scammed me and I want my refund please.please help me with this matter.*******,*********************

  Our records indicate a service call was performed on 8-23-23 for a washer not spinning. A calibration test was performed and the washer failed the test. The suspension rods were ordered and replaced on 8-28-23 to prevent the tub from banging around in the housing. The customer was advised that the tub was a little louder than normal, and the tub may have been damaged due to bad suspension rods, depending on how long the unit was used with bad rods. A wash cycle was performed with clothes in the unit per **************'s work order. ********************* was not home either time service was provided. I spoke ************** yesterday personally. I asked her had she washed clothes since the repair? She stated no. I asked her to wash a load of clothes so she could see that the washing machine will wash, spin, and complete a cycle. She never called back. ************************* work order has a red sticker stating (special part order no refund) on it. She's aware the suspension rods had to be replaced first in order to balance the tub and run a cycle. The real question is how long was the washer used with the tub banging around before service was requested? In addition why not wash a load of clothes and correspond?

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The washer is not fixed . I washed some clothes early this morning when I got off work 8-30-2023 and this is the results below.

  1. It is making a very, very loud noise

  2. The washer stays locked during the whole complete cycle.

  3. Once finished I have to squeeze the water out of all my clothes..

  4. This was the main reason why I called City Boys R US my spin cycle was not draining the water off my clothes.

  5. After City Boys R US completed the work I still have this problem my clothes are full of water.

  6. Problem didn't get fixed.

  We will not be redundant with this matter. The customer had not used the washer when I spoke with her yesterday, but found a way to complain about repair services that she didn't witness. In addition the suspension rods are under warranty. A simple call could've been made and we could've sent a technician out to verify any complaint. This entire situation is very suspect. Most people would call and schedule an additional appointment especially since the repair was recent and parts are under warranty.
