      **************** was horrible. I have a ** Washer Machine and ** Service Center referred me to City Boys R US DIV 954, **************************************************************************************** since they are a ** Authorized Service Center. A Technician arrived at my home Monday, July 18, 2022 to service my Washer Machine. My Washer Machine kept running until the machine was overflowing with water and the Technician stated I needed a Water Inlet Valve and that they would order it from **. When he checked the ** website it stated it was out of stock until July 22, 2022, and that he would call me on July 22, 2022 to place the order. On July 22, 2022, I never received a call from the Technician. I called **** Boys and spoke with Manager. Manager provided me website of ** Parts Distributor and told be part was delayed until Aug. 04, 2022. After speaking with Manager, I contacted ** directly and Customer Support representative stated part was out of stock; however, I can order part and when part arrives they would mail me the part. Today, I received notification from ** that my part will arrive on Aug. 04, 2022. I contacted City Boys R Us to set up appointment for them to install part and Manager stated they will not install part since I ordered part from ** directly indicating they have to order part for warranty. At this point, since my family has been without a washer since July 18, 2022, I didn't care about warranty, I just needed part installed. Manager then further states he's been doing this for over 20 years, and that ** would not send me a part if website is stating it's out of stock and to call ** back to make sure they really are sending me the part. I contacted ** once again and they confirmed, "YES" they were sending me the part and they sent out parts to customers who had already placed an order and now they are out of stock again and new order may not arrive until Aug. 19, 2022. I contacted City Boys R Us and they still would not install my part. Not accommodating at all.
