      On 8-10-22 at 6:30pm I received a call from my Manager saying that we had a beer delivery that needed a check. We do not have anyone in office that can write checks after 5pm, and I the individual that writes checks left at 5:15pm. I tried to speak to driver and explain situation to hopefully get a resolution, instead he handed phone back to my Manager and took the invoice out of her hand and left. He never helped get a resolution, but instead was very disrespectful and walked out with product. I tried calling our representative twice, (*******) to figure out what we can do, she didn't answer. I left a voicemail on 8-10-22 and received a phone call back at 8:44am 8-11-22 basically saying she would relay to her manager and higher up and that she was sorry. She did offer me her managers name and number to speak with and I called him. I explained to him my problem, and instead of trying to figure out a solution and understand the poor communication on his driver or the companies driver he represents, he argued and came off passive aggressive. Last time I checked, I am the customer with the issue and frustration. His job as a manager would be to help resolve the matter instead of making it worse with arguing and his passive aggressive attitude. I told him his customer service skills were terrible and he said, "yes it is". I didn't appreciate his attitude and or behavior, when I asked to speak to his manager he said you will get the same answer from him. He blamed all his problems on being short staffed, he's working another territory etc. I hung up as I felt disrespected and there was clearly no resolution to be done based on how he acted. He called back and tried to pin this on me for my attitude and rude behavior. I want someone to please call me that can help resolve this issue so we can move on, as this is a terrible way to run a supposed Reputable business. Id like the owner or the highest up to call me directly.

      The complaint from this valuable customer is correct. Our customer service personnel spoke with her and apologized and reshipped the order. We will strive to ensure that this does not happen again.
