      Being a retailer of this company, sorry to say that this organization is run by no responsible person. Never get a straight answer for any question. Nobody knows who is responsible for supply and distributions. Leave a message on message board and the answer is responsible person is on vacation, and no substitude available. Stuck with them because of Government restriction.

      HR Manager is disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Former employee who was talked down to and yelled at daily. High turnover, now I see why. Add insult to the abuse received, my pay is late! Friday is a pay day. It is the weekend before a Holiday. I may get it on Tuesday, because direct deposit is canceled when you no longer work there. Two witness approached me stating, I would have left by now the way she speaks to you! I shared with her boss. I was asked to leave the stressful company atmosphere. The owners need to look at the history of the department under this person leadership. I kept my composure under the circumstances. I pray I get my earnings because I do not care to have anything else to do with this organization. **************** is just as important as external.

      When I took over our business General Wholesale came by on a cold sales call. **** was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. However, because he was so good he was moved to a busier area and I believe and hope in a leadership role. Since then the sales and delivery team has been bad at best! I took a break and used another distributor but truly wanted to give GW another chance. What a big mistake. Requests are not met and more importantly no delivery as a day before an event. I try to be accommodating being a small business I get the challenges. I have been told there is a driver shortage but that is no EXCUSE for POOR Communication. So, I sit here waiting for some response but it appears that will not happen. Back to the larger company where at least a phone call is returned within a timely manner.
