5 starsPurchased a very large deep seating sofa, loveseat and two matching ottomans about five years ago and it looks better and better each.year with use. I use their Ph balance leather cleaner and conditioner religiously and have just ordered more (they graciously supplied plenty to me upon purchase so time to finally order). There is zero sales pressure and being able to choose each aspect of the furniture was amazing. I am a ************************ this is solid furniture that I will keep indefinitely.

5 starsOur initial encounter with Leather Creations was in 2002. We purchased a leather reclining sofa and loveseat that served us for 20+ years. Due to the quality of this furniture, there was no doubt where we would go to purchase again. In 2021 we purchased a beautiful leather sectional, recliner and ottoman. **** worked patiently with us to pick the perfect style, textures and leather colors for our home. We could not be more pleased with our purchase or the customer service **** provided. If you are looking for great quality and excellent customer service, hands down this is the place to go! 5 starsRan across Leather Creations online when we could not locate a large sofa with deep seating anywhere. ***** was extremely helpful in selecting the leather and style. We received our sofa, which was delivered by two very nice young men. They told us that ** has several repeat customers that have had ******************** pieces for 20 or more years. Our new coach and recliners are beautiful, durable, and very comfortable. We went back to the ******, ** store when we decided to buy stools for our kitchen counter. Our salesman, ****** ******* professionalism and knowledge guided us to design exactly what we needed. If we need help in the future, he is man we will call. They gave me new filling for the pillows and took the time to show me how to make my couch look and feel new again. They were so friendly and I had a great experience. 4 starsWe are Leather Creations repeat customers. We purchased our first sofa and love seat set 22 years ago and it held up so well we decided to purchase from Leather Creations again. ***** was very helpful and their furniture is very high quality. Would have given 5 stars except there was some kind of mix up with the delivery of our matching ottoman, which was delivered a few days after our new sofa and love seat. Definitely worth taking a look if you are in the market for furniture.Leather Creations, Inc

Thank you very much for your continued business. We're sorry about the mixup on the ottoman. Since you ordered the ottoman a week after the sofa they were on two different orders. We didn't charge you delivery on the ottoman (since we would be delivering the sofa anyway) so it must have been missed when the manifest was created. I'm glad we were able to get it to you the next day and that adding the ottoman a week later didn't make the sofa take longer.
