5 starsWe bought our top-grain leather home theater seats in 2005. 19 years later, they still look great - absolutely no cracks, and they still look new after each annual cleaning & conditioning. All the seats are still very comfortable. I still remember that Leather Creations gave us a great buying experience. We picked up some framed art too. Ive had friends who bought home theater seating for less money, but I doubt that theyll survive decades of heavy use like ours did. Im retiring soon, and Im looking forward to another 20 years of enjoyment. They will probably be sold with the house.

1 star*** DO not buy Leather Creations *** Strong recommendation ***DO NOT BUY*** As an original owner of a swivel recliner with a lifetime guarantee, I was first insulted by the young owner, at the time, after having the recliner in my home on thicker pile Karastan carpeting, it was a bit disheartening to see the strong impression left in the carpet, like a constellation. You may say buyer beware, and I lacked forethought, but Leather Creations said they like to hear from customers a couple years after they have owned their product, WELL THEN, they did not like hearing from me, as I called for help and suggestions and got nothing but the owner of Leather Creations laughed so hard at me over the phone at my feedback that it was hard not to be insulted. This was the owner! Strong recommendation ***DO NOT BUY*** This was not a challenging complaint, but no customer service help or suggestions. So, Leather Creations has been in business for years, and this foolish owner who laughs at his customers after they spend thousands of dollars is still at the helm. I cannot be more serious, as it is not hard to think that this owner had a lifetime guaranteed on the structure of the chair, only to later, in 2006 **** the warranty to separate the "reclining mechanism" as something separate from the lifetime warranty (likely after claims started coming in). When challenged, Leather Creations would have me believe that the reclining mechanism had no guarantee from day 1 of buying, but later felt a need to specify the "reclining mechanism" is only guaranteed ********************* 2006. Then when challenged, Leather Creations will tell you the failing reclining mechanism (has about 25 degree lean back) is simply 'wear and tear' and would not have been covered anyway. All the above are slow responses after quick responses to my claim inquiry in attempts to resell me a new chair rather than fix. Save money and buy a competitor, even if it is only a $200 savings. 5 stars*** at Leather Creations in ****** is awesome! I had purchased a sofa, chair and a half, and ottoman in 1997. He found my old records of purchase and was able to help me select new leather in same quality and shade. He offered an upgrade to my sleeper sofa, which turned out to be just what we needed. All of the pieces were expertly recovered, with white glove delivery. I could not be happier with *** and Leather Creations for assisting me in getting my pieces reupholstered. I love the furniture. It's like sitting on a cloud. The leather is so soft and supple. We fully expect this one to last another 25 years.Leather Creations, Inc

We looked in some of the well-known national brand stores as well as some local high-end stores. In most cases, we were not able to find pieces that we both liked, or the styles were not quite what we wanted or didn't match.Then we were recommended by a work colleague to visit Leather Creations, a custom leather furniture store. They exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, filled with a stunning array of high-quality leather fabrics, colors, trims, styles, and sizes. The selection was truly impressive, offering something for every taste and preference.What really stood out during our experience was the incredible assistance provided by our salesperson, ***. 5 starsWe went to the Leather Creations ********** store. From the beginning, ****** was very helpful, explaining the difference in quality between top grain leather that you can buy at most furniture stores, and full grain leather furniture sold by Leather Creations. We were impressed by the quality and also the fact that these sofas were manufactured in *******, and not overseas. We had originally planned to buy a traditional nail-head style, but decided to go with the much more comfortable Manhattan style seating. ****** was very helpful in explaining the comfort features of the Manhattan style sofas, as well as the different color options, which leather would be good for daily use, etc. We ended up buying 2 loveseats, one with a console with storage, and the other with no console. 5 starsWe bought new leather furniture 4 years ago and have loved the quality of the pieces. **************** is great too. One of the zippers had an issue and the service people were able to fix it at my house. They were also able to show me how to add stuffing to the pillows. I would buy here again when we are back in the market for furniture. The cleaning and conditioning products work great and keep the furniture like brand new.Beautiful furniture that will last a long time.Leather Creations, Inc
