  Just had ******* work on my outside unit that quit working. He's been to my house before and is extremely knowledgeable, nice guy, explains things quite well, does great work. Definitely recommend.

  I've used Service 1st Pros for over 2 years & always get taken care of as it should be. ***** excels in his ******************** **********************. My unit is better because of him & using Service 1st ************ to take care of my air conditioner. They are honest, thorough, fair and work with customers, I highly recommend them.

  I am so glad I switched to this company last year. Both times they have serviced my home have been great experiences. I highly recommend this company and I especially love how they document everything with photos so you know exactly whats going on and you can keep records.

  Great company! From the owner all the way through their staff, they are there to serve. Technicians are polite and clean cut. They take pictures to show what they have done. I highly recommend.

  What an amazing experience! My husband and I have had issues with our air conditioning for years now. It seemed like at least once a year, our air would stop working and we used a few different companies to come out and look at our unit. We thought this must just be normal as new homeowners and now I definitely feel like the other companies we used took advantage of us. Over Easter weekend, while my in-laws were visiting us from out of town, our A/C stopped working, again. I tried to find a company that could come and look at it. I called Service 1st Pros and someone answered immediately! ***** and **** came out and instantly went to work to diagnose what was going on with our unit. Well, after a thorough check and diagnostics performed, ***** sat down with my husband and myself and went over every single inch of our unit with us. How do I know they looked at every nook and cranny? ***** took videos and pictures and showed us every issuewhich was about ***** items of issues. At this point, ***** said the best thing for us would be a brand new unit. He asked us multiple questions to make sure that the new unit would be exactly what would fulfill our needs for our home. I didnt realize that you could customize an A/C unit! ***** made choosing the unit as easy as possible. Once we asked when they could come back out to install the unit, to my amazement, he said next day. Next day!!!! We were then put on the books for bright and early the next day for the install. The technicians that came were there when I was told they were going to be! ***** ******* ***** ******** and **** got straight to work! They kept everything clean and were extremely professional. I now feel as if I finally have a comfortable home with clean air, and high efficiency HVAC. I will always recommend Service 1st Pros to everyone I meet! This company is the first company I have worked with that made me feel like they care! Thank you so much!

  These guys are top notch. I had to have my entire system replaced today. I am proud that we have a business with small town, family values with products made in the ***. Amazing crew and no, I was not endorsed but I am a huge advocate for reviews.

  Service 1st Pros explained all that needed to be done and why. We were shown pictures of before and after. ****, *** and ***** worked a lot of hours and will come back for a couple more hours when some more parts come in. It helps so much to hear the explanation before and after. Other companies have not done this.

  Fraudulent practices! Two times! I purchased an A/C unit from them approx 4-5 years ago. Within first year they told me they were no longer providing service for our area. One year ago they practically begged me to allow them to provide service again. They assured me they would not drop service yhis time. So I purchased a service warranty that prepaid for certain service checkups etc. They scheduled our first prepaid service for Monday of this week. Then they sent me a text Monday morning to cancel. When I called back today to reschedule my prepaid service, they told me once again they no longer provide service in my area. How infuriating and unprofessional! They took my money in advance and now deny service and offer no solution. Might have to take this further. This is unacceptable.
