    This place is horrible do not order from them! They rob everybody and have excuses to back it up! Instead of giving excuses give us our money back just because someone preorders something it gives you no right to keep the money especially after you have not given me my item for over a year and a half! Stop robbing people!

    I pre-ordered Funko POP! Television ***** ** *** ****** ******* ********* with **** *** (***** BUNDLE) in Dec 2023. My credit card was charged for about $60.00. I made multiple inquiries via email and direct messages on their Twitter accounts on Feb 10, 2024, following up on my order or getting a refund. But I have met with silence. The Twitter account communicated the issue with pre-order and the company was having family problem, which I am sympathic about. However, reading their reply here, it is nothing but sanctimonious gaslighting and excuses. Their responses on their social media are even more unprofessional incidents and, in many cases, a hint of scams. At this point, I wonder if I would even get my money back. I will never trust this seller and will encourage others to stay away.

    I ordered an in stock item over 2 months ago and still have not received tracking. When I emailed them they told me to be nicer or else they were going to ignore me. After 2 months this was their help they gave me to be nicer or they would ignore me. I would stare very clear of this company. They do not ship out items in stock

    I preordered a ***** *** figure on 11/4/23. As of April 2024 I still haven't received the product. I paid over $60. I contacted them in February and they said that they were backed up with orders. They wouldn't refund me. They took my money and scammed me.
