Pur*****d 2 ***** bundles and an exclusive from them on 09/19/2023 expecting them to be shipped out in October per the business's expected date. Messaged them in November when they hadn't shipped and was told things were running behind but should definitely be in hand by the end of the month. Sent a follow up email 01/10/2024 asking about a tentative ship date with no response. Sent another follow up email 02/20/2024 asking about the shipment again with no response. Messaged multiple times through the website they had at the time and went unheard for months. Messaged them on 10/09/2024 asking when they were gonna ship out being it had been a year already and no response. They've changed store fronts/websites at least twice to my knowledge running from all the people they took money from. The only response I ever got was from the owner of the business, being rude and snarky, telling me how things are and were going to go. Shifting blame for the failure of the business on the customers instead of on themselves for terrible business practices.Initial Complaint

I pre ordered a pop last year in July and was emailed that it would be delayed till January 2024. I waited patiently and contacted again asking for an update in late January, but no response. I emailed again in July, August and October and no response. I’ve contacted them on ******** and *********, yet no response. I have received no update on my order after a year and 5 months of waiting. I placed a Pre-Order for a set of Funko Pops. The business changed their website so I reached out to see what my new order number was. It took over a month to get a response and they never followed up. Fast forward almost a year, the business has gaslighted me saying I’m causing problems and they now have blocked me on social medias and will not respond to any email I send.
I still have no idea what my new order number is and we are months passed the expected delivery date. There are tons of similar issues people have posted about online. This business is an absolute scam!

Hi! I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my order that was placed in OCTOBER of last year using the ******* app. My order number is ****. After placing the order the order disappeared from the app completely. I was never provided any tracking information at all. I’ve reached out multiple times including email, in which I was told that the pop would be shipped in another week and that was said November. I have since reached out via email, ********* and ********. And have heard nothing. I understand that all sales are final but i deserve a refund if you can’t deliver the product. Which it’s clear you can’t because I still having got it. It was supposed to be a gift, which has long past its needed date… it’s ridiculous how much ive had to reach out to not even get the product. I placed a pre-order on Jun 30, 2023 (Order #****). Estimated delivery was Jul 10, 2023. On Jul 1, 2023 I received an email that the order was confirmed but there were potential delays. On Sep 3, 2023 I emailed asking about estimated ship date, and the response was tentatively Nov 2023. Due to the holiday period this slipped my mind. On 08/02/2023, I ordered some items from the online store and paid $155.91 in total. The order number is #***** After a few months, I did not receive any of my items yet. So I emailed them on 12/17/2023 to check on my order. They replied that they were waiting for half of the items I ordered before they could ship to me. After that, I emailed them multiple times on 02/29/2024, 04/10/2024, and 05/03/2024 to check on my order. They did not reply to my emails. I also tried messaging them on * ********* ******** with no response. If you search on ****** about FunkoBros, you will see multiplet *****threads about them not fulfilling their orders and not responding to emails. I placed this order last year and it says completed but I have yet to get my package. I also have been trying to contact them and they have yet to reply. I have emailed them text them messaged them on ******** and even commented on their ******** posts to try to get home of them and no reply. Placed my order with Funko Bros last year Tue, *** *** 2023, 2:06 PM.
This was supposed to ship that October, When october came it got updated to December. Which is common with funko pops.
Then it got pushed to January, then it was total silence, I emailed weekly, Contacted them through twitter. Then they threatened to sue me.
They were kicked off *******, then my order number changed on their website, and it says its completed.

Company refuses to ship my in stock items that I have already paid for. Has been 10 months since I have paid for the orders and still will not ship. They have blocked me from communication and refuse to issue a refund or even ship my items
