1 starI don’t give bad reviews because everyone deserves a second chance. But Taylor construction (part of southern industries) is just bad news.
We had a ****** Luxstone shower installed last year by Taylor construction. They were pretty expensive and it was my fault for not shopping around. But that’s not the problem. We have the warranty. Now we have a problem with the shower door. I’ve called them several times and they always tell me that they’re going to escalate it and someone is going to call me back to schedule the service call. it’s been a month and I am still waiting for them to call me… I got the same reply this morning “we’re going to escalate it sir and someone will call you back ASAP” and sure enough no one did. I didn’t read their reviews before calling them. I should have. That’s why I felt it’s important I write this review. Don’t make the same mistake I did. These guys are not only expensive but their service is clearly terrible.Review fromLenny K

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of hiring.
First off, they are extremely overpriced, I overlooked this as I was promised this would be a first rate job completed in one day…. A month later and it’s still not finished.
The job is to remove a fiberglass tub and install a walk in shower,
Basically not one part of this project is/or was correct, from doors rattling to severely not level shelves to trim and caulking work that looked like a child had done it. Their “best man” came back to fix these issues…. Twice so far, and counting.
This company was recommended by ******* bath replacements… if this company shows up at your door, slam it in their face.

In **** **** I had a full set of gutters installed by Taylor Construction. This project has been one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I began to have problems with the first rain and reached out to Ray (Salesman) who referred me to Don (Service Manager). These so-called "gutter guards" have water spilling all over my stucco home and Don tells me "With the gutter guard system design there WILL BE SPILLAGE of rainwater especially during heavy rainfalls." I thought the gutter guard system was supposed to divert the water into the gutter and prevent leaves from accumulating. This system does neither. I paid these clowns over $7,000 for NOTHING!
Don't waste your hard earned money dealing with these Tricksters.Southern Industries Home Improvements Atlanta

In **** **, 2021, I signed a contract for Gutter Guard to do gutters on my home. The contract was for no interest for 12 months. When I realized I was paying interest, I have tried to call the company that financed the loan. Which is ******* *******, they will not answer nor will they return my call, I have left more than 3 messages to contact me and they will not. I then called Gutter Guard again to let them know what the problem is and they stated that it is supposed be no interest and that I need to contact them again. I still have not been able to get a person on the phone. Gutter Guard is not trying to help me with the problem.Southern Industries Home Improvements Atlanta

This problem has not been solved. Mariner Finance has not talked to me about charging the interest. The problem I have is that Gutter Guard is the company that told me it was interest free for 12 months, they are just as responsible.
