      So I recently had safe concern about one the patron at the planet fitness. Turns out I had a concern about a frequently complained about patron. Planet Fitness was aware that this patron is concerning and yet still allows him to go to the gym. This patron follow me to the car and the most that planet fitness was able to do was to walk me to my car, but they had no idea who he was at the time. The concerning part is, if everyone has to pay for a membership, then there should be some recollection of who this person is, and there has to be more safety measures as to all we can do is just walk you to your car why is he still allowed to come to the gym if There’s been multiple complaints, lodged against this person. It puts the rest of the customers at risk.
